   Normally would have given 5* but after tonight, the way I was spoken to on the phone when I complained about an undercooked yesterday, only call on a Sunday, other half takes a note up for order, was snapped at, why didn’t we take it back ? When it’s gone 9pm when he calls, to find you have an undercooked pizza then go back with it ? Not happening !! It’s only the second time in over a year I’ve had to complain, but because of the attitude of the person who answered the phone, dropped stars & will definitely be giving them a Miss for a few weeks.

   I placed an order on the 20th of June which was accepted and the money went from my bank then they called me and said there driver had gone home and money would be refunded, I rang 5 days later and they said money had been refunded and to wait a couple of days longer l. I've just called them again now the 15th of July has I still haven't received the refund and they say it's sent and that they have photo proof but yet they haven't sent it to me and I have bank statements proving otherwise and they are saying to still wait a couple of days. I am very disappointed as I love the food from star pizza but don't think I will ever order from them again

   Favourite place to order from, never disappoints in what we order, excellent prices for good quality food and fast delivery times. Only thing I would say is the size of the kebabs aren't very good they are on the small size even the large ones
