   I was craving pizza, decided to unfortunately order Pizza Hut. Never in my life have I tasted Pizza this awful before, the bread was soggy the toppings tasted like they had been sitting outside for days. The pizza is not fit for human consumption, I might as well have been eating saw dust.

   Collected 3 different large pan pizza’s. All were greasy and dripping in oil, so not able to be consumed. Waste of money. I actually didn’t know they cooked pizzas in a deep fat fryer, but that seems to be the trend in this area with most fast food. Won’t be ordering again and I don’t care how many slices/vouchers they give me. Never again…

   As a professional delivery driver who works with many restaurants, I’ve come to expect a certain level of professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, the experience at Pizza Hut on Albert Street in Mansfield falls far below that standard. There is one staff member in particular who is consistently rude, dismissive, and blatantly unprofessional toward delivery drivers. The way drivers are treated at this location is completely unacceptable — as though we are a nuisance rather than a crucial part of their operation. It seems they’ve forgotten that we are the reason their food reaches customers in the first place. Even more disappointing is the fact that many of us drivers are also customers. We spend our own money supporting these businesses, yet we’re met with attitude and disrespect. That kind of short-sighted behavior not only alienates drivers but also pushes away loyal customers. Pizza Hut Albert Street is in urgent need of management intervention. Staff should be reminded that professionalism and courtesy are non-negotiable — especially toward those who help keep their business running. Until that happens, I would advise both customers and fellow drivers to steer clear of this branch.

   Absolutely diabolical. Ordered food at 18.24 tried calling them several time ( 36 times) lines are busy all the time. Food still hadn't arrived at 20.40. Don't bother ordering EDIT : after waiting 2.5 hours pizza finally turned up, pizza was cold and soggy.

   Took two hours to be delivered, food was mediocre, we called asking whether we would have an ETA and got offered free food as compensation for it being so late and we never received it, wouldn't return nor recommend.

   The worst experience we have had! Ordered on a busy Saturday so appreciated that it might take a while to get to us and we were ok with this. They gave us an estimated time of arrival which was great. An hour after the ETA and we had heard nothing. The online system said we should have had it and didn’t update the whole time. I tried to call their number 30x and every time there was either an engaged tone or it rang out. Shock behaviour. To top it all off 1.5hrs late he turned up and didn’t have our drink or dip. Still no answer from the shop. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
