   We ordered 10 pizzas for our kids birthday party, about £150. I used the app, ordered at 12pm with a collection time of 1:30pm. Giving them enough time so it wasn't last minute. I get a call at 1pm saying the order has been waiting for 30 minutes to be collected. Explained I put it for collection at 1:30pm. Lady said they don't get collection times on their tickets (really?), they don't control the app. Lady didn't seem bothered at all, just wanted us to collect the food. My wife picked it up and asked for the managers email to make a complaint. More to do with the attitude. She was told to call head office and refused to give her name, and claimed she was the manager. What's more the pizzas were rubbish. Clearly old doh that and barely warm because they'd been sitting there for an hour. Disgusting service. Horrible food. You'd be better off traveling to the Mansfield Dominos. Avoid this place until management or ownership has changed.

   Ordered "Festive One" that is well known for cranberry sauce.. Guess what? Dominos forgot to put cranberry sauce on our pizza... It's like ordering pepperoni pizza but forget to put pepperoni - main ingredient that should be spotted missing straight away. Quality control does not exist at all in this place. Dominos really? Looking at the comments here I should expect this type of service to be honest. My last time using this branch, that's for sure.

   Why wont you accept cash payments? What good are you to those of us without bank accounts? Is this legal? cash is legal tender after all.... Discrimination against homeless people like myself; those of no fixed abode who cant get a bank account no matter how hard we try

   Lovely pizzas and service. Delivery is usually quick apart from once they took longer than usual. They rang me next day to apologies and gave me a free garlic bread. Which was great. Normally a bit pricey but their deals are good

   Great service and delivery staff are amazing. Our pizzas were late last Two for Tuesday as there were only 2 drivers on, must have been Two for Tuesday for them too lol. Arrived pretty cold but got a call next day from Dominos offering me free next order, even though we didn't complain. Amazing customer service. Ordered this evening and pizzas arrived in less than half an hour, hot and delicious as usual. Driver was friendly and super quick but didn't have cash at home so dropped in and left her a nice tip. The young lad at the shop was very friendly and promised to pass it on to her. Great all round.

   had a few domino's in past. this was great for opening day, quick collection after ordering online. 2 pizza's and 2 sides. pizza's tasted great so did the sides so will be going again.
