Just placed an order through just eat, meal one and it arrived but without the 1.5ltr of coke!! Tried to call their number and no answer. Delivery person had no idea so wasn’t fair to quiz him!
Can not Recommend this place enough. Food is absolutely brilliant and stuff are always friendly and due to Where I live always deliver unlike other companies. What try to charge you extra? Would highly recommend this place. And will always be going back here again
We’ve ordered from here a few times, I have to admit I really likeD their pizzas. My daughter had a burger from here once and was sick in the night, I put it down to something else she’d eaten. Anyway last night we ordered pizzas and my daughter and I were up through the night being sick. My husband is also feeling ill today. Will not be ordering again.
found metal in my partners food, when i rang up they denied it and refused a refund, legal action now being taken!
Food was late, didn’t pick the phone up. Terrible service.
Was asked if I want the receipt, said no and when the food was ready said it hadn’t gone through tricked into charging me again, showed I had been charged twice and refused to cancel transaction or refund now have to wait 15 days to raise dispute with bank. Could say more, highly unimpressed by service, food and prices.
First time I have had anything from Pizza Hot and I can say it WILL NOT be my last the food arrived on time the driver was extremely polite so now you have got yourself a new customer oh and by the way this is the first place I have actually found a take away that does proper hot chilli sauce all the other places have well let's say my 7yr old could have that sauce. Well done Pizza Hot keep up the good work extremely pleased with you.
