   Have ordered from here countless times with no issues. Tonight, our family ordered at 5pm. At 5:45 we get a call that the driver is outside but turns out he went to the wrong address. When the food arrived roughly 20 minutes later it was cold. We called to ask for a replacement and was told no, they will send a driver to collect the food and get a cash refund. After a long wait, the driver arrived, provided a partial refund and bad attitude and took the food away. Presumably to microwave for the next customer. Horrible service and will definitely not return after 2 hours of faff and no food.

   Spent 27 pound food was freezing cold would have been better getting food out the freezer on top of being 3 hours late shocking business would definitely not recommend I complained to be told we will offer you a discount on next purchase disgusting business

   Service was brilliant but can't say the same about the food, got a couple pieces of chicken and chips but next day I felt really ill I'm never going to pizza palace again!!

   Order here quite regular but tonight donner kebab tasted and smelt off, garlic and cheese bread was raw underneath, rang to let them know. Lady on phone didn’t seem that bothered offered to re send the same kebab out again or discount on next order. I declined as I am completely put off and don’t want to order again.

   This place is always on point when it comes to inconsistent food quality. 60/40 split 60 good 40 bad so not worth the risk. When a place sends limp soggy fries... guess it depends on how old the food was, prepared and who the cook is. Pizza base soggy and inedible, cheese heavily processed, donner urgh, food all tasted the same 'awful'. The only thing that appeared fresh was the salad. When somebody ordered again from here when had a get together last week. We all vowed to never order from here again. Ever.

   I ordered from.this place quite offen but noticed I few times the person on phone has givin me one price and when food comes its more expensive and I have asked the driver why for him.to call his boss and get insulted down the phone calling me a lier and a crazy lady even though the delivery driver had the recite with him that had the original price I was given on the phone be prepared to pay more then your told

   Used to love this place used it for many years until the delivery driver came to my door on 2 occasions and insulted me started to argue with my partner all because he was annoyed because he assumed he could keep the change! Wouldn’t mind but don’t come to my door and assume I will let you keep it! Spoke to the shop and they didn’t care all that much just said they will speak to him! Then sent him again to verbally abuse me at my own door step! Not good enough! Very sad to say we are looking for a new regular pizza shop would rather stick pins in my eyes then use them again.
