I Ordered a delivery, the driver pulls up and rings me to go to him, I wait 5 minutes he finally gets out his car n slowly walks to my door.i get in open my pizza to find it's square. Really poor service
Food was over 1 hour 20 minutes late. Couldnt eat the food as it was soggy. The only edible thing was the milkshake. Went to complain refused refund, saying the food is acceptable offered me a free item. What a joke, how is it acceptable to order food at 9.50 have to ring the takeaway, complain to foodhub and get the food delivered at 11.30PM. Do not order from here is you believe the order delivery time of 20 minutes. Foodhub offered £5 gesture on a £20 order great……The takeaway want to contact them to complain, but then don’t answer the phone.
Feel bad saying this about food when we have less fortunate people.. But will never order from here again first time ordering and pizza was hard, and we ordered southern fried chicken we're you can see the chicken has not been cleaned and looks awful to eat and as you can see it was full of blood !!
Placed an order tonight, said delivered. Not received it. Rang restaurant to be told by a rude man 2 minutes. 10 mins later, rang again for the man to be even more aggressive saying 2 mins and hung up. Just got food, potato skins dry, hardly and cheese, burnt. Tinned mushrooms with overcooked breadcrumbs, no flavour and rock hard. Will not order from them again. Baby food tastes better. What a bunch of incompetent staff. Worst takeaway ever!!!
Don't order a pizza from here! Worse pizza we'd have had unedible. Burnt overcooked. Tried ordering a fresh one but rudly refused. Spent £31. It's about time takeaway food shops start learning about customer service. Will never order anything from Tops Pizza again.
