   Well I was so happy to find a place that caterers, for people with either food restrictions such as allergies, intolerances or dietary choices. I'm lactose intolerant and all too often have there a little choice in what I can have. But today I had a vegan cream tea, scone, cream and jam, the scone came out and it was like it had just come out of the oven, lovely and warm crispy on the outside a light and fluffy in the middle. They offered a variety of milk alternatives with my pot of tea and what was just as important there was no extra cost for this, were most place charge extra. Will definitely go again. A great big thank you.

   My daughter had made a booking for 5 of us at the weekend only to find had booked the wrong day. Kirsty with the Y was so helpful & managed to sort us a wonderful table within 15mins. She was a brilliant host with a very witty sense of humour!! Food & service were great…. Would definitely recommend.

   Ohhh wow! This place was delicious, full of atmosphere, great service and the food, was fantastic. Me and my partner came for my birthday brunch, had a black forest hot chocolate and a gingerbread latte off the specials, aswell as biscoff french toast and berry french toast, on which both I highly recommend. They were made swiftly, came out quick and tasted immaculate! Highly recommend.

   Lovely little restaurant! The atmosphere is relaxed and the decor looks great. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The menu has a wide selection and we enjoyed every dish we tried. Nice selection of cakes!

   We had a lovely brunch here, the cafe decor is quaint and the staff are super helpful. The breakfasts are a really good size (comes on a tray) and good options are available for vegetarians/vegans/gluten free people. Alternative milks are available, the wait for food was about 20 minutes but it was a busy Sunday morning, would recommend booking. The hash browns were a little greasy and quite soft but still nice. Would recommend a visit.

   Came for afternoon tea and it did not disappoint. It was all beautiful, the staff were brilliant and accommodating with our little extra requests, needing extra space due to sleeping baby, asking for a mimosa instead of Prosecco, bringing honey for the tea. They were all lovely and friendly. And I would commit murder for another of those chocolate brownies. Can't wait to come back

   Service was very friendly, seated right away and had clean high chair for our baby. Would have been 5 stars however there were little mistakes like forgetting to give us a children's menu (we used the website instead), serving and placing down the tray with hot drinks within arms lenght of the baby and forgetting to bring a spoon out with soup. Only minor mistakes and will not stop us from coming again. Food was very tasty and a good price.
