Ordered premium burgers lunch for 2 people. The burger has nothing premium about it tasted like cooked in the same oil as the fish, so it tasted like fish beef mix . Same with fries. Disappointed for the price of the food and quality delivered. I hope i checked the reviews before going to eat there
The premier cheeseburger was a complete and utter disappointment. The bun was burnt and bordering stale, the patty was dry and had no flavour whatsoever. The burger as a whole came with a pathetic excuse for a cheese slice, and sauce. There was no lettuce or tomato, which is the norm for a burger nowadays. Yet they charge you £9.90 for the burger alone, which is just bun, meat, a bit of sauce. The price is not worth it whatsoever. I would pay maximum £1.50 for that burger. I’ve seen better places in Bradford for cheaper.
Overall, Drayton manor has been great but this burger kitchen really lets the side down. The burgers are over-processed and dry which is not what I would expect for £15 for a meal. I feel genuinely sorry for the people that are staffing this outlet as they are trying super hard but there's no way they can make up for such a rubbish product at so high a price. Additionally, there are defined queues for card only and card and cash, which then feed into a single till causing all sorts of confusion landing on the poor lass on the till. Come on Drayton management team, sort it out!
Getting your order is probably one of the slowest and recommended bringing your own food if you come to avoid frustration. They just don't have the capacity to deal with large crowds of hungry people. Also, the burgers were just warm, and the burger buns were actually cold as if they had come out of the fridge! All for £38!
You expect to pay a premium for food in the park but you do expect it to be half decent too. A Luke warm burger and fries was very expensive. I would avoid and bring you're own lunch or eat somewhere else.
I understand that Park food is expensive and usually fairly average quality - I can forgive them that. What I cannot forgive is that they only have ONE staff member taking orders, but TWO queues! Shocking. I'm also very unimpressed with the wait - order time: 13:57, food collection: 14:08. There shouldn't be such a wait in a "fast food" place. And I had to clean the table myself. Luckily the spray and blue roll was left out so I could do it properly (the table was disgusting). Once we got it, food was decent - chips were crisp and hot, burgers were fine. We bought kids meals for all of us - much cheaper than the regular "combo" (which doesn't include a drink) and not much smaller sized. In fact, I'm sure the kids vegan burger was the same size as the regular one! This place needs to work, even just to reach Theme Park standards!
absolutely disgusting tables are not cleaned staff are rude and do not know what they are doing i asked a skinny guy at the front how long our food will be and he rudely said he doesn’t know instead of asking another staff member he rudely walked off when i received my food the burger was absolutely cold would not recommend going there £7.15 for a cold single burger
Ordered 2 plain cheese burgers along with other items in my order. Was given 2 plain beef burgers, went to exchange them for 2 plain cheese burgers 3 times before I was finally given 2 plain cheese burgers, not a difficult order in any way. Extremely expensive and not worth the money at all.
Absolutely terrible fries Luke warm bacon on burger wasn’t even luck warm it was chilled and stone cold was told it came like that when I questioned it with member of staff obviously staff have no idea how to cook a bacon cheeseburger if they think that the bacon should be chilled not even Luke warm on a burger then sorry but they haven’t got a clue how to do a bacon cheese burger as I for one know the bacon is surprised to be hot not chilled like it just came out the fridge. No apology just a refund when I asked for one. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone avoid at all costs. As staff don’t have a care in the world about the food there serving you.
