   Fabulous time today, one of the best Nando’s I have eaten at. If I remember right Luca was very attentive and professional and brought all our food to us within minutes. He also made sure everything on the table for my family was correct and anticipated our needs by grabbing us extra napkins which I just thought was a kind touch. Thank you to all the staff for delicious food and perfect service!

   Just brilliant! Arrived at 20:15 to a packed restaurant, every table taken. We were greeted by Ella and advised there would be a 15/20 min wait for a table and then a further 20/25 min wait for food but they could get an updated eta on food once seated. After a short wait we were seated and we ordered on the app. Our food arrived in 6 minutes, eating at 20:45. Every vacant table was cleared and cleaned instantly. All staff were lovely, all working extremely well together under the care of Ella. For a completely full restaurant they were running smooth as a whistle. Thank you.

   Always a pleasure coming back to Nandos! Love the vibe as soon as I walk in - it's nostalgic. Had a fantastic experience, arrived at 3:30pm and the place was practically empty! Service was, as usual, top notch - friendly staff, prompt service, the works. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Had my usual Peri-Peri chicken thighs, couldn't fault it. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Thanks for the great meal, Nandos! Will defo be back for more of that Peri Peri good stuff.

   Visited earlier today and couldn’t really fault out visit. Atmosphere was amazing. Once we walked in we were seated. Once I ordered food came out in less than 10 minutes. The portion sizes were smaller than previous visits. Food was super fresh and flavourful. I’d definitely visit again.

   Food and drink were great, food was hot and a lot of selection. The drop of 1 star is a mixture. The staff kept on asking if we had finished and we could take our plates when it was clear we were still eating. It felt like we had to hold our food in our hand to make sure it wasn't going to get taken. We were asked twice and every member of staff kept looking over our shoulder - literally! My partner said he felt so pressured to hurry up. There was only 2 of us eating so it wasn't like we were a big family taking up lots of tables and not eating. It took us a while to order as we were told to order via the app yet the signal and WiFi in there was rubbish. My partner had to go outside to order for us. Bonkers! The knives and forks were not the cleanest, I had to pick up 3 sets until there were ones without food stuck to them - this seems to be the case at most nandos. We did visit on a Saturday around 12 so I know they will be wanting tables back but to make us feel rushed even after quite a few tables were free was just very awkward and disappointing. This was our first time visiting Tamworth and we won't be returning to this Nandos.

   Food was amazing, staff were very nice and the atmosphere was really good too. The parking is very awkward to get in and getting a table can be awkward too, the place is usually pretty full, but you can wait to get a table within a few minutes. Luckily you can pre-book a table to reserve yourself a table

   Very disappointed with the service and food. The service at the till was very poor and did not feel welcomed at all. Our starter was incorrect and when I asked about the problem I was shrugged off and told they would sort it.... nothing happened and it was forgotten about. We then asked for a box to take away some left overs but wasn't given one and had to ask again. The woman on service was happy and respectful but she was looking after tge whole floor so couldn't offer efficient service. More staff needed Definitely won't be going again in a rush !

   Very nice food and lots of options. It was very busy during our visit; although we had no issue being seated, it seems to have been a negative as it appeared the staff could not keep up with making sure the tables were cleaned before they sat you down. Dirty table and menus covered in food/sauces. Parking is awful, nowhere near adequate.
