   Lovely to have something different - Caribbean cusine in Tamworth. Good selection of classic dishes such as mutton and jerk chicken. Good communication over text from the owner for clarification on the order. Things for improving - hadn't obtained the steamed veg, but there was so much there we didnt notice it was missing - perhaps this doesn't need to be supplied as an option for the 3 meats. The mutton sauce was a bit gritty and seasoning (not including the chilli) was in slightly excess, so could do with some tweaking. Lastly, understanding is a business run from home , but as an order for collection I wouldn't think the current prices are justified (including a large order fee for 4 dishes+a side of dumplings, not heard of this before. Looking forward to order again soon. Thank you and good work !

   Me and my partner ordered from here for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, we both had jerk chicken but I had fries and he had rice and peas, the only thing bad thing was the coleslaw was missing off my order which is a minor really because the food was amazing. We will definitely be back, the lady who delivered the food was really friendly and rectified an issue that had happened their end . Can not fault the food at all and the service.

   Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our meals. We are a West Indian family and we’re looking forward to Jamaican food as a takeout. The jerk chicken was very salty and the fried chicken dry and tasteless. The fried dumplings were fluffy inside but too crispy and over fried on the outside. The curried goat was the best part of the meal. We spent over £50.00 and will not be ordering in the future.

   Went to Asa’s today to pickup, Absolutely amazing food, it beats anything else in Tamworth hands down. And amazing customer service, down to earth and polite, everything was so good, homemade coleslaw you just can’t beat!!! I would love to see festivals on the menu at some point!
