The aroma curry house/ restaurant in Bentley heath has become a firm family favourite place to eat - We wouldnβt go anywhere else for our family curry night! We go as a three with my mom and bro- Mom has intollerances and the chef makes a special dish every time - this visit did not disappoint as always Abz and Luther are stars of service and we are very fond of all the serving staff too - the service is just top notch and food is high quality so here you get both ! They are always so accommodating here and its clear the chefs are very talented and work hard behind the scenes too - Bro always has king prawn madras and we go at least once a month- family tradition now! Thanks aroma you are the best xxx RhΓ©a Gill and Daniel! Ps. Byob but coop next door!

Exceptional food. Clearly, the chef is a master of their art. Amazing food, which is tailored to our specific requirements. Best Indian food in Solihull. Thoroughly recommended.

The chef at Aroma is outstanding. Working our way through the Chefβs Specials and Signature Dishes - whilst this is a leap of faith - nothing has disappointed so far - in fact theyβre all delicious. Online Order & Home Delivery is excellent via the Food Hub App - highly recommend this place.

I went here last Saturday with 2 of my friends. I organise a Curry night about 3 or 4 times a year with my friends but this night at this place was a bad choice. To say my dish was bad is an understatement! I ordered the Chicken/Mushroom Naga & the chicken was not cooked, nor was it marinated & there was a spoonful of curry! I would usually stay for a desert but not this night at this place. I complained and they said it's because they were busy and apparently short staffed in the kitchen! No excuse for such a bad dish. Once bitten, twice wise!!

Starting with the positives, Aroma has some truly amazing service with very kind and engaging servers. The onion bhaji was great and the decor inside is far from your dingy dark indian restaurant. HOWEVER When I go to an indian restaurant, I tend to look for the chef's specialities, of which, to their credit, Aroma has plenty. But I have been once before and ordered the Jordie Special, which was basically just a curry made from lime pickle, however, in this instance the lime was far too overpowering. Now I am assured by my brother who frequently visits that this was a one off so I'll give the benefit of the doubt on this as I can see how it could be enjoyable. However, something I do not advise anyone order is the main ordered from my most recent visit. I opted for a Chicken Xancuti, described as a full flavoured spicy curry. In actuality, this dish was pieces of chicken on a huge bed of seasoned diced onion with no sauce what so ever and a few sliced chillies chucked on top. Nevertheless, the taste of the dish was fine, but truly average and nothing special by any means. The dish was much blander and much milder than expected given the list of spices listed in the description. Where this dish and visit becomes massively problematic however is that I have now become quite ill after eating the dish (I'm sure you can imagine in what sense I mean this without having to be crude). As a frame of reference, I have never had a problem stomaching indian food like this before, so this was a nasty shock. The other party members' food looked nice and was enjoyed by the other members and came as described too. However, as a result of my experience I will most likely be avoiding this restaurant like the plague.

Just me and my girlfriend went for a curry this evening - no reservation but the fantastic staff found us space, curry was absolutely delicious (brought a beer from next door) Couldnβt fault the food and the staff attitude was great - constantly cleaning and going around with detol to clean and relay tables & dishes taken away quickly as it should be. 5 stars tonight guys thank you

I always enjoy my visits to Aroma, the decor is very chic, waiters are polite and friendly and the food is of high quality. Recently I've had the chicken passanda and the butter chicken which were both mild enough for me but packed with flavour. Highly recommend a visit!

We had a gorgeous curry Tuesday 17.30. Staff friendly and parking to both front and rear of building. Although the delivery food prior was not a patch on the dining experience. Too many onions and not enough chicken.
