   A fabulous Restaurant and Bar with especially friendly & good staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They have some very good offers on their food & drink and the best Gluten Free menu we’ve aver seen. All most EXCELLENT!! A1 ++!!

   I really needed to eat as I am diabetic. I ordered my lunch and it arrived, but the egg was overdone. One of the staff came, took the egg, and never replaced it. The order said it would be 15 minutes, but no food arrived. Luckily, I spoke to another staff member, Samantha, who listened, took action, and spoke to her manager. The manager, James, was solid; he understood, delivered great service, and was super polite. It's people like this who are truly valuable for the business. The breakfast was yummy and nicely done. The diet coke tasted amazing, but I have to say this: the inside of the place has history, lovely decor, and a nice atmosphere.

   Visited on the evening of 15/10 we had a really nice dinner here,staff are lovely and friendly,restaurant was spotlessly clean,we ordered the taco's and the louisiana chicken, everything arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, lovely and fresh and hot. The lychee martini is also a must try,it was sooooo good! Also,it's a handy spot for food/drinks before heading to the core theatre, it was only a 5 minute walk away,perfect!

   Like all the Lounges great decor, friendly staff, excellent choice of breakfasts, morning coffee, lunches, dinner. Clean toilets. I order using the QR code at the table, the drink comes quickly like the cutlery, food not long after. Staff clear your plate away, let you linger over drinks. Seen them busy cleaning vacated tables quickly & thoroughly. If there's a Lounge nearby, it's a no-brainer.

   The layout made for a great night with friends. The food was lovely with the 'Tapas Tuesday' deal definitely a winner. The staff were super friendly and very efficient with 20+ meals all coming out together and all hot.

   Was the first time my husband and I went there and I would go again with my children. As we enjoyed the food, decor was nice and the staff were friendly. Besides one scruffy team member, her attitude was so rude and how she spoke to us, I would've walked out but my husband wanted to try out the place so we stayed. Overall not a bad place just hope I don't encounter that horrible woman again.

   Table for 6 yesterday lunchtime, including our grandchildren, aged 5 and 8. Wow. Fantastic. Our first time and can't wait to go back! Lovely welcome, great service and absolutely gorgeous food. The tapas were excellent. Drawing sheets, toys etc for the little ones. Thanks guys!

   Lovely atmosphere and friendly efficient staff, I had twisted chicken and sweet potato fries, it was absolutely wonderful, also the coffee(Latte) was properly hot, (other places please copy) I will be going again soon. Highly recommended. Just been back to Paramo Lounge today, again the meal was exceptionally good, can't praise the twisted chicken high enough, it's fab. We were served by Robyn who was super nice, and gave me a piece of cake to take away when I mentioned it was my birthday. Once again Great visit. Highly recommended once again. Thanks so much❤️❤️
