Near instantaneous food! Just the best Chinese food in Tamworth by far, and cooked in record time every time. Couldn't live without this takeaway...
Yet again another issue with these ! Customer service absolutely SHOCKING! everytime we have give them another chance after previous issues they still continue to FAIL! Collected food tonight walked home changed clothes to settle down and dish food up to find out we hadn't got our salted chilli chicken instead we had egg fried rice to eat with young chow fried rice and chips. Called up and explained and was told to bring the rice back we will swap it for chicken! I told him he can recook the lot fresh im bringing it all back ! Got changed headed back and told him feel free to chuck in some prawn crackers for the inconvenience to be told we will replace the food ! They cooked the salted chilli chicken and re heated the chips and young chow rice ! Absolute disrespectful ! No respect for the customers not even £2 to compensate for the inconvenience. You don't deserve customers!
Guy on the desk was very friendly and helped me make changes to my order with ease! Food was immaculate and we didn't have to wait long, do yourself a favour and get yourself the prawn toast!! Best in tamworth.
Called but never got through even though i hing on for 15mins the last time after ringing 5 times. Ended up having a meal from the dragon at the Leyfields
Standards at Jasmin House have gone down. I ordered Singapore chowmien - this dish normally contains slices of different types of meat & King prawns - not now. Contains bits of meat & shrimp. Will not be ordering from Jasmine House again.
The jasmine house is easily the best Chinese EVER!!!! Its rare we order from anywhere else any more, because its always rubbish compared to the jasmine house. Only thing they could do to be better, is take card payment instead of cash, but other than that minor inconvenience it's soooooo delicious!!!
I can only say one word shocking.. I've been using since the age of 13 I'm now 31 every time I come to parents I order from here and say best Chinese. Well wow I am so wrong.. Well ordered and food was disgusting to say the least I politely called and told them chicken balls was Brown chicken, then bits of pink and rubbery, not only that the dough was wet, ribs overly salty and not usual meat of chef I would say too. I complemented the other two dishes. Called up to get abuse by woman shouting. Was told nothing to be done and it was fine.. clearly not because in the years of ordering I've never complained.. but due to the dog attitude I can't believe I've ordered from you for so many years and never Ever again.. apparently my parents address is blacklisted now and they never ordered anything. Very strange customer service. after shouting at me that much down the phone my partner went down to have words and get refund from there disgusting response and had to argue for it with a bag of food that had not been eaten Your place is clearly going hill and I would like to never be shouted at because my food you cooked was not nice if they had dealt with it properly then fair enough but that was awful
