We order chicken item number 48 It was terrible no chicken in there. It’s only the floor fried with oil.
Sungai wang is my go to chinese, absolutely love it, the £10 tray with chicken balls, chicken fried rice, noodles and sauce is a bargain. Best chinese around!!
I have used this takeaway on and off for about 20 years and have told anyone who will listen they are the best in the area. When I moved far away I use to crave the satay chicken skewers; and now I want the prawn toast on a daily basis. Food is amazing, service is above par and they are friendly and helpful everytime you enter the shop!! 100 out of 10
I had house special curry, but lately curry sauce is very watery, less meat, lots and lots and lots of onion (too much onion) some onion is nice of course but after I removed the onion I didn’t want I was left with less than half a tub of food, gonna give them a miss, shame.
As an Asian, the Pad Thai is quite authentic, I’m pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with it. The king prawns are especially amazing, other types of meats are not as good for some reason. Other dishes I’ve tried (e.g. fried rice, foo yung) are not quite as authentic. Generally, the service is fast (only 5-10min wait for the food to be ready), prices are reasonable, and the shop stays opens late, so overall this is still a great place to get some piping hot Asian food.
£3.50 for delivery and service charge £3.20 for one spring roll absolute disgrace will not buy from them ever again
Singapore chow mein and Thai green curry. Shared had and half, together this was really nice. Tasty but not overly spicy.
I have been here twice now and cannot find one thing to complain about. The food is well cooked and flavoursome, and well presented. The meats are tender and the wafer wrapped prawns are to die for. Well done and keep the standards up!!
What is going on with the food? Have always had great food from here but lately standards have really dropped! Hardly any meat in the dishes, peas and carrots in everything, i nearly choked on the hard pieces of onion!! and the mushrooms are disgusting!! If you have a new chef, do yourselves a favour and sack them!
Shame I cant give this a 0 star! How are they even still open! Been doing reviews for a fair few years and this has to be the worst Chinese take away I've ever had! 2 hours to deliver! Then had my order completely wrong! Also sent me prawn chow main and I'm alergic to prawns! Fodder was cold! Phoned them up an the woman was rude! No sorry nothing! Pleas consider a different takeaway!!
