   I recently purchased an inch Box which I have done previously. Unfortunately, this time the fried items were too salty and the ribs were undercooked with blood in it. The rice and curry were Ok. I was going away the next day. By the time I got around to eating it I could not call because they were closed. Having discussed my experience with friends and checking their response to other complaints I decided to call them today. I was blamed for not calling them the same night. Something was said about my next order. I could not understan

   Munch box is decent. Chow mein I tried ordering 4 times to give it a chance in case it was an off day as the Munch box is convenient but each time requesting the chow mein extra spicy and all have been quite bland and not spicy at all. I personally will not order here again but it’s not the worst Chinese.Note to double check your order at the end of the call to ensure it’s correct if you end up ordering here to avoid miss communication and missed items.

   Food was great we got a delivery it didn’t take to long and the price was really good only thing that didn’t make it 5 star is the chips where soggy and the container they where in didn’t help anyway but other then that 5 star would recommend

   Today we tried this as we normally order from our regular Chinese takeaway but fancied trying somehwere different. Food was really nice we had the salt and pepper munch box and black bean sauce. We really enjoyed it all and think it's good value for money as you get quite alot. we will be ordering from here from now on the future instead.

   Not the first time had a problem....but will be the last as will not return. Order arrived at 8.05 with a missing main, rang she apologised and said it had just left with the driver. Rang again at 8.20 and again at 8.40. She said it must be traffic we are a 5 minute drive away. The chinese was getting cold si had to start eating. 9pm still no duck & broccoli. Appalling customer service.

   Used to be my favourite, but the last 3 times I've collected the food has been cold. Sometimes it's a different chef, so the food doesn't taste as good. The prices have increased twice recently too. I won't be returning again unfortunately.
