   My family and I had an excellent time here! The service was warm and attentive, and the food was simply divine. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The monkfish stood out as the best we’ve ever had: perfectly cooked, rich in spices, and unforgettable. This place delivers on both quality and atmosphere.    My first time I’ve been to this restaurant and i will be going back regularly from now on, the owner, staff were really pleasant and welcoming. The food was amazing and good size portions at a fair price, in our opinion this is the best restaurant we’ve been to in years.

   Stopped in by chance as was staying nearby. Had the Chicken Tikka Bhuna with Mushroom Pilau. The food was excellent. Rate to find a Bhuna fine just right - the sauce was think worth a nice texture and very tasty, not too spicy so could be enjoyed. I was treated warmly and service was quick. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are nearby

   Working at the NEC and as someone who grew up in Solihull wanted to take my colleagues for a curry. Zengz did not disappoint. Very friendly waiter and chef. Food cooked in the kitchen which you could see into fresh to order and piping hot. Full of flavour and perfect. The guys deserve all the business they get. Thanks for looking after us. P.S Tuesday night is banquet night and very reasonably priced. See you on our next visit.

   Went yesterday after reading some reviews & can only agree. Had free parking outside and it’s a BYOB with an off license two doors down, so ideal to pop in on the off chance. The food was fantastic & I always judge a curry house by the naans - these naans were very fresh and cooked well! 5 stars, thanks guys.

   Given the generally positive reviews of Zengz I was really looking forward to our meal here but unfortunately we experienced a few issues that slightly spoiled the evening. The temperature has dropped recently and so with it the temperature in the restaurant. Even though the wife had her back to a hot radiator it made little difference. The service was ok but a bit slow, to be fair it was a Saturday night but it was only around half full. Our young waiter was very pleasant but could have been a bit more knowledgeable of the specials on the menu. We passed on starters and enjoyed the poppadoms and dips and went straight into the mains. My Tawa was hot and spicy but also a slight bitter aftertaste, my wife made a similar comment regarding her dopiaza. The chicken in both was very good as were our sides dishes. The prices are very good and that's not taking into account that you can take your own alcohol. Despite the above it wasn't a bad night out.

   Probably the best Indian restaurant in solihull and Birmingham. Can't wait for outside area to be developed which will be great in the summer. Tuesday banquet is great , for which you should probably book in advance as it gets busy.

   In Birmingham for Emergency Services Show, and found this little restaurant. This is the best Indian meal I have ever had, (no joke) I'm even thinking of driving back 200 plus miles to bring the wife for the experience. Absolutely fantastic and the Chef Patron is passionate about the food he delivers, and that is apparent in the flavours of the meals. Would highly recommend, five stars well deserved.
