    I have been living nearby since i was about 3 and ive never had a complaint, the boss is lovely and overall the staff are just amazing, theres this one fella who has been there for years and is such a pleasure to be served by, the food is great and at an affordable price for the portions, i recommend trying the donner meat and the fish. both are perfect

    Well what can I say first time trying this chippy as heard good reviews about the place.never again will I eat here.chips were disgusting greasy cooked in old chip oil and had the burnt bit on them,and they looked like they was 2 days old.wont ever eat here again.

    I ordered a large piece of cod and a cone of chips, but I overheard the owner say to the assistant as I had been waiting 10 minutes , Give him a mini fish. I should have challenged him at the time, but I didn’t want to cause a fuss. Very disappointed with the low morals of the owner in fobbing me off with a mini fish when I paid full price. Chips weren’t very nice either, they were mostly the scratchy bits from the end of the run. Definitely do not recommend this place and would not come here again.

    Awful, chips brown and horrid and sausages tasted awful and wrong. This place used to be lovely, not sure what has happened. Wasn’t even late at night, 3 dinners went straight in the bin. Won’t be going back again
