Standard isn’t up to other Chinese restaurants, who doesn’t take card payments in 2023? Also dont even get a free bag of prawn crackers like you do with every other Chinese even after spending over £20. Won’t be using again.
Best Chinese by far, tasty, fresh, no preservative after affects. Absolutely love the king prawns in salt and pepper. Always on time. Wont go anywhere else for delivery Chinese. Live in Monkspath so have tried a few locally.
Placed an order via just eat 30 minutes ago. Happy to understand it's Xmas Eve so didn't mind the ETA of 1hr 30mins. What I did mind was recieving a call from just eat 30 mins after placing our order saying they no longer have a delivery driver so need to cancel our order. We won't be using you again.
After a blunt and unprofessional phone call, I went to collect my order and was not informed they didn't take card payments (they have in the past) she was having 3 conversations- one on main phone, mobile and with me.she was rude, blunt and lacked in people skills. Got home and the over excessively oil layered curry was cold. Will not be going there again! Surprised they are still going with the lady that is there. Not the first time she's been described as angry and inappropriate. Shocking
We had a takeaway using just eat and it came in good time, really friendly driver and the food was amazing! Hot and so tasty! Will definitely use them again!
