   Edit* just eat refused a refund, called the restaurant to ask them to contact just eat for them to lie on phone and say the order never existed. I was also told I would be called back and it didn’t happen so avoid placing just eat orders at all costs otherwise you’ll also be £30 plus out of pocket* Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over an hour and a half, only for the driver to blatantly lie and mark the food as delivered when it never showed up. Just Eat gave us a code that was supposed to be given to the driver to confirm delivery, yet somehow he bypassed it completely. How is that even possible? We called the restaurant and got zero help just told to "report it to Just Eat." That’s not good enough. This kind of thing keeps happening and no one’s held accountable. More needs to be done to stop drivers from blatantly stealing food. The restaurant should also be reporting this they're losing customers over something that isn’t even their fault. A quick look at the Just Eat reviews shows a pattern complaint after complaint about drivers not delivering food. This isn’t an isolated incident; it’s clearly a recurring problem. These drivers should be immediately removed from the platform. It’s either complete incompetence or something more suspicious going on. Either way, enough is enough especially when you are paying and having up to a week for a refund.

   Thank you Pepes! This is exactly what the neighbourhood needed. Excellent quality, flavours and service - we enjoyed everything we ordered and will be coming back soon. The chicken was grilled to perfection! I also noticed how clean everything was.Kudos to the staff! Our favourites were the nachos & quesadilla. They have free off-street parking close-by and a bus stop within 2 - 3 min walking distance, so super convenient too!

   Always excellent service here, food is always fresh, tender and incredible in flavour and heat (which you can adjust to your liking on the menu) - They do terrific meals and have a great selection. Extra Hot Chicken Strips with the Piri Fries and Extra Hot Dip is always my go to, although I really enjoyed the Chicken Tasca too. Thank you again.

   Such a shame this place has gone down used to travel to this branch as it was better than our local one...... We placed an order In store told 15minute wait, an 1hr 20mins later still waiting.... clear they are prioritising JustEat and Uber Eats orders over customers in store.... After asking about our food on more than three occasions it is now finally ready. Get home to find the chips are absolutely stone cold and our order is not correct and items missing! called them to complain very dismissive and not really interested! won't be returning to this branch again.

   The food was very nice, but the service is too slow. I understand at times it can get busy, but if the cashier just helped a little bit more with packing maybe; as oppose to just waiting for next customer to walk in; it would save a lot of time. Generally, the shop is clean and has a good space to sit and eat. Would suggest they make arrangements for some heating as it does get cold quickly if you sit for a few minutes too long.

   I visited the Pepes branch today around 11:45pm, it was extremely busy when i walked in. However the young lady on the till greeted me with a big smile and made me feel very welcome. She took my order with no hesitation and knew exactly what she was talking about. She made me at home. Very kind! Very helpful! This is for you young lady. Thank you for making my visit memorable. EVERYONE PLEASE VISIT THIS STORE, THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!

   Charged more for an item than was advertised and when I challenged this was told that prices have risen and they have not got around to updating the software on the digital displays. Didn’t seem to be a problem ringing it through the till though was it? Perhaps you should change your displays first before implementing a price rise rather than antagonising your customers. Very unprofessional.

   Tasty, healthy, clean wholesome food. This new joint opened on the Birmingham Road, Wylde Green, not so long ago. After paying them a visit I was quite impressed by the clean-cut decor and stylised layout. The staff I found eager and friendly. The food, tho relatively expensive, I must say was some of the best grilled chicken I've tasted. Yum yum. The spicy flavoured rice just a sensuous delight. The chicken strip tenders moist and delectable. The biggest surprise was that after dining at this joint the food doesn't bloat you and give you that ailing lethargic, sluggish feeling. So for all you gym enthusiasts out there I can wholly recommend this food as a good addition to your keep fit regime. My only concern is that I hope standards don't drop over time as I have experienced with other gusto setups.
