   I placed an order online and half of it didn’t come the chips and 1 kebab I then phoned them to ask if they could send it us ,they then proceeded to not send the kebab and only the chips which were cold and soggy by the way .There was also a blonde hair in my boyfriend’s kebab (the one that actually came ).Would not order again !

   1st time and the last ordering with these. Shocking food, cheese not fully covering pizza base upto the crust. Chips was undercooked, something so simple yet cannot get it right and some other food was mixed in with it. Horrid worst takeaway. Stay away. Waste of money.

   dead food and rude, spent £27 and because I waited for my change he started huffing and puffing saying it’s the last time there coming because it’s a 8 mile journey overall. Then gave me all change and took him 3 days for him to count it out. Also the food was mediocre to say the least. Burnt nachos soggy chips

   I would give 0 if I could. The food is awful! The hygiene there is concerning having seen staff drop things on the floor and still use them! The staff are rude and aggressive!! Do yourself a favour and do not use this place!! Will be reporting to food standards. Funny that the most recent good reviews are from their own staff too creating fake accounts

   Pizzas were amazing, the BBQ base was rich but not too rich. The food wasn't greasy at all. Had a better meal than at pizza chains like domino's and pizza hut

   We normally order from golden grill but the quality of golden grill has slipped so we decided to try somewhere new. Put it this way I will not be ordering from here again!! The food was cold, and wet. We ordered curly fries and got soggy chips. They through in a cheesy garlic bread thinking this would suffice the rest of the food being terrible. I spent £13 on a mixed grill for my partner what I got was diabolical!! Its disgraceful, if you want a recommendation, here's my recommendation. Go somewhere else

   The worst service I’ve ever received tonight. Staff are extremely rude when you have a problem with your order Food arrived and was missing items, when I called to tell them I was asked if I wanted it this time or next (if I hadn't wanted it I wouldn't have ordered it. My order arrived I do understand they may be busy but entire order was cold on arrival. I was informed they were busy but after another hour and 20 minutes missing items still hadn't arrived at which point I called back and told them not to bother sending it, lady who answered the phone was rude and had a very couldn't care less' attitude.

   Poor experience, never have I seen a pizza arrive with half slices of salami, had to request a replacement as they had forgot to put jalapeños on, asked for spicy chicken wings, was served plain. The garlic bread had hardly any cheese on, even sent the crusts back to show how bad they were. After spending £36 very disappointed. 2 stars given as the 4 cheese pizza saved the day.
