Great new find!! Lovely restaurant with Punjabi and Nepalese dishes. Well cooked and presented with our waiter Jigar advising us we probably were ordering too much as excited by the menu! The fish pakoras had a light crispy batter and were quite filling and the samosa and chana chaat was delicious. The mixed grill was still cooking on a bed of roasting caramalised onions and great with the minty tamarind sauce. The rice was beautifully cooked and with the paneer makhani and Nepalese chili chicken was yum but too much for us so our waiter very kindly packed them and we've got dinner sorted for tomorrow!!

Shenstone Country Club Restaurant , which was recommended by the friendly receptionist at the Holiday Inn Express Lichfield 1.2 miles away. As a vegetarian, I went for a paneer curry with pilau rice, and it was fantastic. Even the poppadoms were impressively light and crispy, and the chutney tray was delicious. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the entire experience was fantastic. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area or staying at the hotel!

Great food, friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. Will definitely come back not far from Litchfield town centre in the car.

My dear sirs and madams, Allow me to share my most delightful experience at the Shenstone Country Club. It was an evening of fine dining and merriment that shall forever be etched in my memory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and courteous staff who guided me to my table. The ambiance of the dining hall was simply exquisite, with its tasteful decor and inviting lighting. The evening's menu was an enticing selection of delectable dishes, and I must say, the curry was simply divine! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the spices used were a testament to the culinary expertise of the chef. The accompaniments served were equally scrumptious, and I relished every morsel. The drinks served were a fitting complement to the meal, and the bartender proved to be a master of his craft. The selection of spirits and wines was impressive, and the recommendations provided were spot on. The service provided by the waitstaff was impeccable, and I felt well taken care of throughout the evening. The attention to detail and the personalized touch of the service was truly commendable. In conclusion, my dining experience at Shenstone Country Club was nothing short of splendid. The ambiance, the cuisine, the drinks, and the service all came together to create a truly memorable evening. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

Obvious microwave and jar food served. Not an authentic experience at all. My wife and I have eaten at a large number of Indian restaurants and I have never had food that tasted like this. Horrific. “Restaurant” looks like a social club that is converted to a restaurant at night. Asked for the bill and had to wait 15 minutes before just going up to the bar and paying for it anyway. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Tried this place. Excellent food. We did not have starters but had poppadoms and sauces tray. The popadums were fresh and crispy. Then we moved on the main dishes, I had murgi methi which was absolutely finger linking delicious. My wife had the kahari paneer extra hot. She loved it. We had garlic naan and pilau rice with the mains. We will be visiting again.
