   I ordered via the app for collection and went for the chicken butterfly with chips, macho peas and halloumi. The service was good and the collection process was smooth and on time. The food overall was nice, although the chicken and halloumi were a little overcooked, and I wasn’t a fan of the chilli jam served with the halloumi. Aside from that, everything else was good and I’d happily order again.

   OMG, literally the best service and food ive had this year, Chris was fantastic and couldn't have possible made us feel more at home, or be more helpful with all the different items on the menu. Great help with my Gluten allergy

   We have hundreds of visits to Nando’s on our belts. On arrival we was greeted by Tom, it was toms first day. What an absolute breath of fresh air he was. He has customer service you can not teach, a down to earth larger than life individual who for his first day asked all the normal questions about allegens and if it was our first visit but also how our day was going, it was going bad up until this point and made me feel welcome and warming. He didn’t stop here a child opposite had pop he didn’t like and Tom managed to observe this issue and asked if he would like to swap glasses which visibly made the child’s experience happy. A table behind us had an issue with heat of the chicken and he was swiftly trying to resolve, doing all this while introducing himself with a handshake to his colleagues that were walking in starting shift. I have never experienced anything as amazing as Tom and if I had a business card I honestly would have tried poach him for my business. What a credit to Nando’s and please hold onto him.

   Been to this particular nandos about 4-5 times. My last visit was the best. The food has improved, I haven't noticed the name of the gentleman on the grill but he was a tall black boy. Staff seems younger than I remember but food and cleanliness is better than before. It wasn't bad before, it's just better now. Couldn't hear the music in the seating area but I could hear it in the toilet. Not really something that will affect your experience, just something I noticed. Come here for succulent & tasty chicken! Don't forget the peri peri fries ☺️

   Everyone loves a Nando's, and the one we had at The Fort was particularly good. Succulent and well-flavoured chicken, chips covered in peri-peri salt. Restaurant was full but we got seated and served very quickly. Will be coming again, next shopping trip!

   Turned up unknowingly 1/2hr before close, was seated but not advised of closing time.(this will make more sense later on) Went to the till to order where a manager rudely and abruptly spoke over me from behind said “haven’t got that!” As I was unsure who she was speaking to I repeated my order to be rudely told again “haven’t got that!” due to the way I was being spoken to I was slightly confused so asked what are you telling me here, the manager was extremely sarcastic and started listing what they did have, at this point I left. As I was leaving I did notice I had interrupted her eating and maybe this is why she was so rude! I understand we turned up 30 mins before close and you might not have much food left, but simply letting us know when you sat us down would have been fine, there was no need to be so aggressive!

   We often visit this Nandos, we cant bare to go to another one, the customer service is brilliant the staff always go above and beyond, been going for around 4/5 years and never had an issue. Food is always hot and the one time they did forget an order they couldn’t do enough to correct it. Be back soon :)

   Very pleased with our meal here. I had the spicy chickpea burger with peri fries and crunchy seeded slaw- a bit of extra Virgin olive oil did the job. My son had quarter of chicken with 3 sides. Daughter's in law had butter milk chicken and two sides. Grandson enjoyed his little plate as did the younger grandson. We also has 4 glasses of filtered water. In total £44.70
