Greeted by a lovely polite lady. Was supported with a choice. Food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean and free of rubbish. My meal was fresh and hot.
Food was delicious and warm,customer service was great and they were polite specially a staff named Abdul he went extra mile to deliver my order in time.
Fantastic customer service from Sadiq the manager when redeeming my free whopper due to another stores shocking service . The guys here are great ( way better than the New Oscott branch ) !!
Despite a minor error with my order it was resolved by Hassan in a speedy and timely manner. Professional service and would recommend all to visit
I am discussed. I ordered my food for take away. It was a little busy but nothing major. I waited 15 minutes every person that came in after me was served. 3 times I asked about my food I'd only ordered 4 double melts. On the 4th time going to the counter I was told it's coming. The burgers was cold and the fries was frozen in the middle. If I hadn't of driven out of the car park before my daughter had tried the food I would of taken it back. Unfortunately I had to put it in the bin
Not a bad place not horrible either. Staff is nice, seating is pretty much empty when we visited at 12pm
Better than some other BKs I've been to. Not impressed with the new style veggie burger where there are two patties in the bun. The one big one was better. More modern and clean than others, still all a bit crap though. I like that they give you your serviettes so people can't just grab loads and waste or steal them. Service was reasonably quick but food took a long time. Toilet reasonably clean but a bit dilapidated. Staff pleasant.
Lovely food and a lovely place. I had the chicken royal meal and onion rings. All were cooked fresh. So it was all lovely and hot. My daughter had the burger meal. Also freshly cooked. We used vouchers from the bus so we got a really good deal. The shop was kept nice and clean and tidy. The toilets were nice and clean. A disabled toilet is also available.
Food is nice and up to standard once you get it. However, this store is clearly ALWAYS understaffed. There is always rubbish and food on the tables plus you are waiting in a queue almost every time. Store would be much better if they had more staff.
