Good atmosphere, nice decor. Food felt a bit burnt, but that may be my taste bud. Good experience overall

I was really looking forward to this place as I had visited their other location in Mailbox. When we walked in the decor was stunning. The atmosphere was exactly how I expected it to me. The server sat us down and gave us menus and walked off. We waited over 20 minutes for the server to come back and ask us our order. Customers who came in after us were served and given drinks before the server had even came to ask if we were ready. The service was honestly not great at all. Maybe it was a one off but the server really didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. There was only 2 front of house staff and it made sense to why our service was slow but seeing others served before us showed it wasn’t the reason for the slow service. When the food came out, it was lacking flavour. Compared to their other location, this wasn’t even close. I was honestly shocked at how different they were taste wise. The chole bature was very watered down - no depth of flavours. The gol gappa bombs were mostly yogurt, there was hardly any chutney. Masala chips, very basic. Aloo pyaz ke pakora was probably the nicest thing we ordered but again they were overly salty. I honestly really enjoy indico Mailbox and I’m disappointed that Shirley lacked service and lacked flavour. Definitely wasn’t worth the trip.

Food wasn’t so great in my opinion. Could have been better. Pictures are deceiving trust me.

This is an excellent an Indian restaurant. Best lamb rogan josh I have had. Very generous servings. Lovely naans especially the chilli cheese naan. Great for taking the family to. Fun decor. Highly recommended.

My first ever Thali and wow, it was epic. Everything was cooked fresh, and was unbelievably delicious. One of the best dhals I've ever had. Service was very good and the restaurant is beautifully quirky. You need to try this place.

Nice decor and atmosphere, attentive staff and nice food, the starters which were gol goppa bombs were absolutely delicious! Mains (thali) arrived quick and were served hot and fresh, I loved the paneer curry the most from the thali. Alcohol is served there and the food e.g. chicken/lamb meat is halal.

The world is big; India exemplifies this with its choice of dishes. The British have had their flavour of Indian cuisine for a while. It is much in need of a refresh; this is where Indian Street food works its magic. Indico Street Food takes the baton and delivers dishes that are exciting, with a new twist on its Indian brethren. The atmosphere inside is bright, colourful, a great place to visit on a gloomy day to make up for lack of vitamin D.

Very impressive restaurant. We love our food from the east but this has recently taken it to another level. I went for a friends birthday party and all I can say is if you want to impress someone with a look of a place this is where you need to be. The food was incredible I think this is probably as authentic as you will get, everything is fresh and the vast range of starters and main courses were amazing. The food was fresh delicious and the waiters were incredible. They explained what the dishes were they were very thorough with relation to allergies as a friend was allergic to a few items however the Restaraunt was fantastic. Starters came out on time hot delicious and enough to feed a group of hungry ladies! The mains were incredible I have to admit the best I’ve tasted. Parking was ok as you can park in the centre car park which is joined with tesco this was ideal as straight after the meal I got to buy a few baby essentials which was very convenient. Overall I can’t believe the amazing work of however designed this place and thought the colours and atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend.

Interesting interior, well presented. Staff friendly on the whole. Food was varied and of good quality. Portions a little on the small size. Cocktails were well priced. Didn't realise it was Halal until I asked the manager. So if that's important to you it's worth knowing.
