   We celebrated my spouse’s birthday with a wonderful dinner, enjoying perfectly cooked steak and delicious kebab both were incredibly flavorful and very satisfying. The birthday light show prepared by the staff, along with the beautifully presented baklava and cake plate, was truly impressive and made us feel very special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. A special thanks to Mr. Özkan for his outstanding hospitality and genuine attention throughout the evening.

   Absolutely fantastic experience at Etci Mehmet in Star City! We came in not quite sure what to order, and our waiter Bhatti was incredibly helpful. His recommendation.. the delicious chicken roast dinner was spot on. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavour. The whole meal was outstanding, and the service was warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. A huge thank you to Bhatti for making our visit even better with his great suggestion. We’ll definitely be coming back!

   10/10 service and hospitality at this restaurant. Etci goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable. The food is fantastic, we tried the cold meze platter, the giant spicy meatball, the beef tacos and kebab platter. They also have live cooking and fire shows. Great place and will definitely visit again.

   Great vibe and atmosphere! Staff are very attentive and helpful. Food was great, and the salad was delicious. Enjoyed overall experience. Very pricey compared to other steak restaurants we have visited. Definitely recommend visiting here if you like Turkish food. Expect to pay £100+ for a meal for two with drinks and sides.

   Good atmosphere, some new staff could do with abit more energy. Food was amazing. I went for the tomahawk steak to share with my daughter, 600g is abit much for me! Peppercorn sauce was a great addition to the meal. Sides we had was Truffle fries and mash. I like traditional Desserts so went for the baklava and the children had the brownie which was just as nice. Reasonable price, will definitely be back for an occasion as this restaurant is far from us

   Was actually very dissapointed, waited 1 hour for our steak, at a lunch time this was a really long time considering there where only a few other people there, the steak then arrived cold, the restaurant itself was very cold too and with kids this wasn't ideal. Can imagine in an evening with the live cooking it helps keep the restaurant warm but not so much in the day time. All steaks are sold without sides, which for the price was shocking and its not something mentioned on the menu, I couldn't tell you if the steak was nice as no one likes chewy meat but if you want the experience I recommend it, value for money not so much.

   Very special place and based at an easy to get to location for those passing by Birmingham and locals alike. The best thing about it is the entertainment they provide its a very jovial atmosphere and just makes you smile as to what's going to happen next. Beyond that it's the amazing food. My daughter is especially fussy and she loved her chicken. Me and the Mrs had lamb neck which is cooked for 8 hours and the meat just falls off and melts in the mouth. Exceptional food. Is it worth going to. Definitely!
