The manager is very rude towards the staff. No need to shout at anyone. Poor woman must have been very upset. #endworkplacebullying.
I retract a star because of the customer service. I've been given the wrong order twice and they try to sell you a full panini at a higher price if you ask in plain terms just for your baguette to be heated up. The food is decent though and I'll give it another chance!
Been coming here and other branches for over 20yrs. Quality is always consistently high with the best jacket potatoes I’ve had. The service is always great too! Can get very busy at lunch times but that’s a good sign :)

Have been getting my lunch from here more and more often recently whilst working from home. Excellent choice of fillings and always tasty, whilst prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

The friendliest service ever! Was our first time trying this place out and won't be the last. The food was so fresh, especially the jacket potatoes and their baguettes. Cans were lovely and cold and food was really well priced. A great meal for all the family. The place was also really clean and cannot fault it. Give this place a go for some great tasting food and wonderful customers service. Thank you so much for everything! :)
Wed 7 feb 2018 at 12pm Food maybe nice but the customer service is Terrible and lack of no wheelchair access is dehumanizing. I have been a customer for number for years and both the owner and his wife repeatedly say they will make the front wheelchair accessible . They have mad ele wait outside when they say we can come to you and you'll be fine is ostrasizing my human dignity. Yet today I was left outside in the freezing cold weather outside where I had to write with the same co-owner to lift me inside becuas e yet again they have not mad their entrance wheelxhair accessible...it was emotionally undignified. The owners stated they can't make the front accessible because it is next to road/payment. I examined that is wrong and by law you need to make your entrance wheelxhair accessi me by dropping down the big step with lowered level ramp. The step can be rebuilt to a levelled access ramp. The bars are not wheelchair friendly as you can even reach them when your front 4 inch step is obstructed me. Saying your going to get it ramped for 3 years is not justifiable. To be carried in by strangers is demoralizing and discriminating.
