Thank you all at Karma Lounge for making a 75th birthday celebration so great. 4 generations were all looked after beautifully. All meals for over 20 guests came out at the same time and all delicious. Bring your own drink was an added bonus. Will be back. Thank you again.
Delicious food and staff is very professional and highly educated especially Nasir and Abdul.They have a loads of variety in food and really appreciate the staff and their service.I suggest everyone to visit this restaurant.
Abdul and Abul gave us incredible service,. they ensured every dietary requirement (vegan) was met and that we had everything we needed through the meal. Would not recommend this place enough!! Food was excellent and tasty but the customer service made it unforgettable!!
Visiting Karma Lounge last night and loved it. I had never been before as we are normally regulars of the Indian nearby but will definitely be visiting again soon. The atmosphere feel was lovely and the food was impressive. The staff were really friendly too. Our table has the most amazing Dansak, Balti and Pathia. Then we had a half portion of Korma for our 1 year old which she loved and was delicious. Thanks for making a meal such a lovely one.
Love this place, food is excellent, service is excellent never had a problem here and have been going for over a year now regularly.
Terrible experience, long wait, bad food fatty meat popadoms stale, tasteless, cold, driver was rude! When complained was told will get a discount next time - won't be a next time. Waste of money.
Ordered my food at 20.27 Recieved no updates so had to keep ringing up to see where my food was. Told 2 minutes away. Another 30 minutes pass and ring again and they say you still not recieved? Another 10 minutes it arrives and the food is cold. Driver was rude. Told to make a new order next week and they'll give me a discount? Food didn't arrive until 22.05 Food was cold, No taste to the food it was bland. The popadoms were stale. No meat on the lamb chops. Meat in the curry was grissley. Won't be ordering from here again. No option on uber eats for a refund Terrible customer service Terrible food Waste of nearly £25
Small upstairs venue. Bright modern clean decor. Our party of four found the food very good. Generous portions. You will need to bring your own Alcohol.
