   We had such a wonderful experience dining here as a family! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with a lovely, relaxed vibe. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and a special thanks to Miz for making sure we had everything we needed. Service was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. The interior is beautifully designed, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. It’s not always easy finding a place that feels both family-friendly and stylish, but this restaurant truly delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

   Loved our experience here! The menu is extensive so lots of choice but the quality was amazing too. Got the chicken sizzler and the nachos - which were homemade and absolutely delicious. Pizza was also decent. Would love to try their Calzone next time.

   This was Such a beautiful, clean, and refreshing restaurant! The staff are incredible—so kind, sweet, and genuinely fun to chat with. We went early in the evening, so it wasn’t busy at all, which made the experience even nicer. The menu has a fantastic selection, and there was no wait—the food arrived piping hot right away! Everything was bursting with flavor, and the portions were huge—we couldn’t even finish our meals. Excellent value for money. We’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you for the wonderful service! Sorry we didn’t get names…..But your entire staff is amazing!!!!!

   The food was alright the burgers are not nice The pizza was something I can get cheaply from any local takeaway The sizzler was good but had a great taste The service was not really nice I went to get some cutlery as it kinda works like nandos so the waiter came and said excuse me Excuse me asked me to move so I left the cutlery and moved aside and he stated to take some things I think it was tissue papers from the cupboard to refill after that when he was done I took my cutlery to eat our food I think he should have been the one to wait other then the customer

So, for our recent family dinner night out, we happily made the drive from North Birmingham, knowing full well the journey is always worth it for this culinary gem. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was fantastic, buzzing with that perfect blend of lively energy and comfortable warmth that makes Farro's so inviting. It's truly a place where families can relax and enjoy themselves without a hint of pretension. The service, as always, was impeccable. Every member of staff we encountered was not only pleasant and attentive but genuinely seemed to enjoy making our experience a good one. Glasses were topped up, questions answered with a smile, and the overall flow of the evening was seamless. Now, let's talk about the food – because that's where Farro's truly shines. The dishes arrived fresh, tasty, and utterly delicious. While our usual go-to starter is the classic nachos, this time we decided to elevate the experience by adding Chilli beef mince to the dish. And wow, what a revelation! The rich, savory mince took the already amazing nachos to a whole new level of flavour, making for an unforgettable start to our meal. It's a combination I'd highly recommend! For the younger members of our party, the kids' meals are always a hit. Not only are they great value, but the portions are incredibly generous, ensuring even the hungriest little diners leave satisfied. Farro's continues to be a firm family favourite, and this visit only solidified its spot at the top of our list. With its consistently excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, we'll most definitely be back again soon to create more delicious memories.

   Excellent décor, speedy and polite customer service. Generous portions across a varied menu. Good options for kids. Steaks cooked to perfection and in the traditional way with sauces offering the perfect accompaniment. Bottomless soda is great value too. Prices are what you would expect for the quality of the dining experience. Would visit again.

   Food was delicious, although we had to wait 30 minutes for a table and a further 20 minutes for our food. This was due to two large booking which delayed the service. However when the food arrived it was nice and hot and tasted delightful.

   Not impressed with the food at this place. Sirloin steak was not a medium and was absolutely tasteless no flavour whatsoever. Pasta and chips were standard. Prices are quite high for the quality of the food. Presentation is nice but being honest, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Chicken steak was decent but nothing out of this world, i just felt everything was overpriced and the quality was quite bad. Manager was nice and considerate, offered to give me another steak which is why I’ve given this place 3 stars. Service was good otherwise.
