   Very upset been coming here since it opened when it was just a small place Gave me a burned original smash burger bun was burnt did not care didnt even opologise didnt understand my frustration even though i drove all the way back to show him, all he just said it wasn't burned the bun was black on the inside still he didnt care very sad will never come ever again neither will my family what a sham, food has gone downhill quality of service very bad immature staff never again not a care in the world You've lost a good customer forever. Good bye

   Just amazing we come all the way from london to try this delicious food the best burgers I ever try. I could feel that the pizza dough was fresh. I really recommend to go and try it the price affordable to all the public and the service is was just incredible I highly recommend if you around

   The place has good seating for a fast food diner. The food is nice but definitely not worth the prices, a smash burger and loaded fries coming in at almost 15 pound is ridiculous. It's tiny as well. Service is ok, nothing special. In summary good food, to be tried once if you are feeling rich and want to spoil yourself with a snack.

   This place really has lost that wow factor it once had. I still state to date I prefer their previous bread for the sandwiches as do many others. Their food has now become a 'one style throw it together type of food' everything seems as though it's pre cooked and then flavoured on order. Which doesn't allow flavours to penetrate through. My friend had a totally different sandwich to mine, but when we tried the other sandwich, there was such a similarity that you almost couldn't tell them apart. They need to reduce their ricing a bit as their burgers aren't as 'special' as other places who specialise in flame grill cooking, but their prices match. Two stars, because my friend was given their food before and I had to wait for mine, almost until my friend was finished. The guy taking the order knew we were together and could have relayed that to the kitchen. Even better customer service would have been if he asked the question. The pizza was a let down as it was like a home cooked pizza, with lots of BBQ sauce on top. I love BBQ flavour so it is a known fact that this really must have not been great for me to say, it was a let down. The sauce dried up by the time the food came, the toppings were sliding off as you pick up/bite the pizza...I possibly would be back, but not for a few months, give it another shot. They have toilet facilities and take card which is good.

   So good. So I got a large mixed grill sandwich and wow just wow it was so good. Firstly the portion of chips is big enough for like 10 people… okay maybe not 10 but easily 2 of you or you and 2 kids. The sand which was Banging with a capital B was so nice, meat was tender and juicy had so much flavour I highly recommend it. Have the Algerian sauce on the side. They do NHS discount so always a bonus if you by this place pop in you won’t regret it PLEASE FOLLOW ME FOR MORE REVIEWS.

   Was driving back home from Chester over the long weekend and decided to do a pit stop at Birmingham. Had a quick look on Google and decided to try this. I would say the taste of the burgers were really good. They have got good sitting area aswell. Would recommend someone who's interested in trying burgers and wraps.

   Absolutely amazing! I came out of town and found this place. The Orignal beef burger is world class. Loved the taste and service. The place has 5 star hygiene rating. It is fabulous. Parking is tricky to find as its a busy area but you would find in wright street. I would definitely recommend and come again if in the area. Well done!
