The cashier is a con artist. I ordered a meal for 2, but he was adamant I had a meal for 3. A colleague corrected him. I then thought it was a genuine mistake. I then put out my card to pay and he said cash only. I explained I have been told they do card payments, he emphasised cash only. I showed him I only had £10 cash. He took the £10 cash and then whacked out a card reader for the rest. He blatantly lied. It made me question whether the incorrect charge earlier was deliberate rather than unintentional. The cashier seemed invested which makes me think it was the owner serving. I am not going back.

The taste is very good but the service should be better. Payment is only in cash.

Scammed me! I visited Mandi House and they overcharged me, they charged me £50 for a Meal for 4 and 4 drinks. I instantly knew this couldn’t be right and when I left the restaurant and checked the menu online which conveniently wasn’t displayed in the store it said the price should have been £27. The food portions on top of that were poor and we barely got any good sizes meat on the platter. I hope the owners get back the evil they have done.

Nice little restaurant with options to have more privacy when eating. Plenty of flavours in the lamb mandi and received amazing service here. A lot of options available. Really enjoyed my time here.

Just normal food nothing authentic. Each Yemeni Restaurant that I have went to in Manchester and Birmingham have served soup as a starter for free. They charge for it. We ordered the Lamb Mandi, Mix grill with rice and lamb fahasah. The mandi rice was cold and tasteless, the fahasah was bland and the kebabs in mix grill very chewy. Definitely not worth a visit.

Authentic mandi rice. Delicious. Quick service even though non-stop customers come in. The overall cleanliness to be improved. The toilet to be improved a lot. The plastic mat is unsustainable, better not to use it.

Delicious food. Authentic Yemeni cuisine. Parking available at the retail park close by. Ma'soub was a winner for me as you predominantly get it in Arab countries. Mandi is delicious. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend..

Best Mandi I've had in the East Midlands. The rice and pasta were nice and flavourful, the meat was the star of the show, with the lamb falling right out of the bone. Excellent atmosphere with private spaces to eat. Prices are very reasonable and worth it, portions are perfect

The best Mandi I had in Uk. The chicken and flavour of rice is too good. But lamb is not that great. Staff service is good. Must try there lamb soup.
