Amazing food, first class service - brilliant evening as always. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The manager goes out of his way to ensure you have the best experience and his staff are equally terrific.

Extremely disappointing and unsafe service. I received a curry containing pineapple which was not mentioned on the menu. As someone with a pineapple allergy, this is a serious issue. When I contacted the restaurant, they dismissed my concern and offered no solution, insisting I should have called beforehand. A restaurant with such disregard for customer safety should not be trusted.

Great takeaway. Spot on 9.9/10 times, of course there is going to be the odd mess up, but that is business and they promptly resolve any issues

We went on the 25th May 2022 as a family of four. I last went here a few years ago and it was ok for what you pay for. But this time, it was a very different experience. I was very disappointed with the food and the lies the waiter said to us. We had various starters, but two of them were Garlic King Prawns. My son and I love them. But when they arrived they just tasted sweet and could not taste any garlic in them. Plus, the king prawns were very rubbery and overcooked. They weren't cheap either, after forking out £6.95 for each portion. (The website prices are out of date by the way). For our mains, we wanted a simple butter chicken for my son. Because he is very fussy, the butter chicken is the only curry he likes when it's from a restaurant. It's not difficult, just a normal chicken curry dish with some slightly richer sauce. We thought we'd ask the waiter how hot the dish wash (as we were just checking that it was not too hot for my son). The waiter said it was a very creamy sauce with almonds. That's not what I expect from a butter chicken. So I checked their menu and there was no mention of a creamy sauce, nor any almonds. The actual dish that had a creamy sauce with almonds was Chicken Tikka Makhani. So I said to the waiter, "Isn't that a chicken tikka makhani"? He was insistent that the dish was correct. Then when I said the description was totally different on the menu, he just paused and said, "Oh, it's just a mistake on the menu". Then he asked “is your son allergic to nuts?” I said no, so he then said "well that's how the butter chicken is made"! Even though the menu only mentions almonds on the Makhani dish and not the butter chicken (both listed right next to each other on the menu). Heaven forbid if someone with a nut allergy picks the butter chicken! Basically he was just trying to fob us off and I didn’t believe him. I am an Indian and I've been to many restaurants, and this was a blatant insult to my intelligence. Why didn't he just say, "Look, we've run out of stock on the butter chicken, would you like a Makhani instead?". My son tried one mouthful and he was disgusted at the very creamy yellow almond coated sauce that was just too sweet. Sadly he didn't eat anymore. We had no option but to order some nuggets and chips to feed him. As for the main dish, I asked for a Garlic Chilli Chicken. He asked us if we wanted it "desi style" (traditional). I was impressed that they could make it 'desi-style'. But to my horror the Garlic Chilli Chicken instead of being desi style, was just a normal dish with tons of chilli powder thrown on it. With every mouthful I could feel it burning down my throat. I knew it was going to cause me heart-burn that evening. Garlic Chilli Chicken has fresh green chillies in, not necessarily loads. It's more for flavour than to make it very hot. And our garlic nan was just a normal one (even though we paid extra). I can understand some curry houses making the dishes slightly sweeter for the western palate, but I feel this curry house is a typical poor attempt at being an 'Indian' curry house when in reality it's far from it. Probably more suited for people who like sweet curries. Well it's safe to say we will never be going back to this place again after the waiter's antics. It wasn't cheap neither. In response to the owner: We did say something was wrong with the food to your waiter, as we complained that it was too sweet. Your waiter said that's how it is made normally. That's why we had to order nugget and chips for my Son. We did not get a refund on our previous order. My son also left the so-called 'garlic' king prawns which were too sweet. He didn't eat it and we mentioned this to your waiter. Your waiter did not offer to re-make the dish as you are suggesting.

Indian food and some english offerings. Great place to eat, nice food, take your own drink (they have some none alcoholic drinks) you can pick up drinks a couple of shops away at spend & save store. There is Parking outside but it's limited. But you can always fine some parking in the area streets. Wheelchair access a little tricky due to the offset door but you should be able to negotiate it.

We called very late after a funeral close by and the restaurant stayed open later to accommodate 21 people. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing, everyone commented how good it was. It all came at the same time, was hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you x

Got 2 stars as naan was ok. But the chilli tikka masala was not a masala! It was not spicy and had ingredients in like onion which masalas don’t have. It was inedible and tasteless.
