   I visited Casa De Burrito after reading a few reviews and thought I’d give them a try. I ordered tacos to take away and made it very clear that I wanted them without cheese… you can guess what happened. When I got home, not only did they have cheese, but the preparation was really poor. The beef was just a solid lump wrapped in a tortilla, and I had to pull it apart myself just to make it somewhat presentable. Not wanting to go back out, I peeled off the top layer and ate what I could. Overall, pretty disappointing.

   I hadn’t been to this area before and decided to stop here with my partner after work because we were hungry. We originally planned to visit the vegan place next door but ended up trying this restaurant instead. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. From the moment we walked in, the woman behind the counter didn’t smile or greet us, which set a negative tone. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but other reviews seem to mention the same thing. When my partner asked for a drink and cutlery, the response felt unfriendly and dismissive. The service overall was poor, with little communication or warmth. Even if the food had been great, the lack of customer service would have ruined the experience — but unfortunately, the food wasn’t great either. The lasagne was bland and very difficult to cut with the disposable cutlery, and the churros were greasy and overcooked, which was disappointing since I was really looking forward to them. We left quietly after eating, without any acknowledgment from staff. Sadly, I wouldn’t visit again or recommend this place based on our experience.

   Well I left them a good review but some nasty and rude lady answers the phone and thinks me saying I can’t remove beans via the Uber eats app means I want extra beans and then she says “call me later” and hangs up …what kind of 3rd world training is this???

   I just called and explained I want to place an order via uber eats but their app is forcing me to choose beans and I don’t want the beans. Hoping they would offer to make it without beans but the rude lady who answers asks me if I want both pinto and black beans and after I explain I don’t want any she replies “call me back later” and hangs up the phone. I order from here multiple times a week and I’ll stop using them because of this rude cow

   Ordered from here randomly and the food was pretty good. It's a nice change from the average take away. Food was enjoyable but it had to be reheated as the order was a little later than expected. Thus be sure to order ahead of time. Vegetarian options are really nice too. Enjoy

   Second time eating from here and this time actually ate in (order takeaway last time) Staff were lovely and food was amazing! Genuinely can't fault it, loved the jackfruit burrito, better than the first time round (feel like their marinading of the jackfruit has changed for the better). Literally loved it!

   Ordered for lunch today through Ubereats, food delivered very quickly and chips were still VERY hot. Beef burrito is delicious, well seasoned and large portion. Loved the churros. The sour cream could use a bit more seasoning… Definitely recommend and will order again

   Our order was wrong, I called to explain it was wrong the lady answered said a manager will be in touch. Over 3 weeks I called multiple times to ask when the manager was going to call only for them to tell me he will call when he is in. A month later and I still have not received a call, he’s clearly never in. Service is terrible.

   First order (Uber Eats delivery, so no comment on the place) for myself and my Mister. Beef burrito for me and beef nachos for him. They looked like they might have started as hearty Mexican fare, but got put in a blender as the final step of the cooking process. Or perhaps that we were served a collection of leftovers from a kids' party. That had been doused in salt. We don't get takeaway or eat out much, so it was very disappointing not to find a single redeeming feature in the food.

   I don’t understand how this place is open. Coming from bad service to write a review only to look at a load of bad reviews on this!! They charged my friend twice for her burrito but refused to give a refund even after knowing he charged her twice. He said he’ll give us a free one next time. You really think we’ll be going back after rubbish food, rubbish customer service and rubbish management? I think we all suggest you to close your disgusting place down and attend some lessons on manners & decent customer service.
