   Never and I mean NEVER order from this chip shop. We were regular and happy customers until tonight. On two occasions in the last few weeks, we were sent the wrong meat in a kebab after an order was placed via Just Eat. We took this up with Just Eat, as per their policy, and were issued refunds for the wrong kebab on the two separate occasions. As we were otherwise very impressed with the food, we ordered again tonight. Shortly after placing the order, we received a call from the restaurant by a woman who refused to give us her name. Her attitude was appalling. Instead of apologising for sending the wrong food, and thanking us for returning in spite of their errors, she called us to say that “it wasn’t worth it” that we asked for a refund for the wrong items and told us to stop ordering as it wasn’t worth it for the driver if we were just going to ask for a refund. Even though we were taken aback by her foul attitude, we politely explained that we had been issued refunds by Just Eat because they had sent us the wrong item. She then proceeded to tell us that she had wrapped the kebab herself, effectively calling us liars—in spite of the fact that Just Eat had very quickly agreed to give us a refund after we had provided them with photographic evidence of the wrong item. I have never known of such disgusting service from a restaurant to regular and otherwise very happy customers. We had placed the order and were waiting for the food when we received the call, and were horrified by the way we were spoken to. Of course, the person who called refused to give us her name, and told us the manager was on holiday, but please take your business to any other chip shop as they obviously do not value regular and loyal customers. You will likely just be given the wrong food, then told where to go when you politely request (and are issued with) a refund for the wrong item as per their policy.

   Just received a delivery from Spring Lane Fish Bar. Food is beautiful. Fish battered to perfection. Mixed kebab with chips were the same. I always collected from there when I worked in a care home around the corner. Residents loved the chips. Fantastic

   Great chippy food, don't use it very often, but it's my go to chippy for that occasional treat. Always good food and never had any bad experiences there, it's clean and tidy inside and the owners are polite and friendly. Just picked up mixed donna meat in a tray with battered chips. Have a look!

   Avoid. The don't want to listen to feedback at all. Their mini fish shud be renamed micro fish! And they give cold curry sauce. Seems they can't be bothered wen owners are away? Update. Thought I'd give this chippy another chance, unfortunately still same rubbish food and u get treated by color of ur skin...avoid at all costs.

   In addition to fish and chips they do a wide range of food from kebabs to pizzas. Have an offer on at the moment for pizzas if you buy one get another at half price. Had a nice fresh battered fish today.

   Well when u ask for a Donna in pitta and u get given a large tray of just meat what can u say too much going on not enough attention paid to the customer to many people behind the counter with obvious to much noise and all running round like headless chickens

   Been here many of times. Food is delicious and the shop is clean. Great parking outside (FREE) Does not deliver (But would be great if they did) Staff are helpful and make conversations. They could possibly be quicker serving the food but the wait isn't really bad. Great service overall
