   Really getting worse. Ordered told to collect in 30 minutes place was packed with people waiting like me. Still telling people on phone to wait and collect in 30 minutes. We were all waiting over an hour. No apology given really poor service.

   I rang up to order. I was curious if they would deliver to me as I live in great wryley was sceptical but thought I’d ask ( I was planning on collecting anyways) he then told me no so i proceeded to order my food for collection after ordering it he told me that idk where im ordering from ans that their not in Aldridge even tho I rang jade garden in Aldridge and I won’t make it in time as I was ordering half an hour before they closed, even tho I was on my way as I was calling. He then said he would tell the chef to cook the food when I get there then hung up on me I rang back to confirm that my order was gonna be put through and he then told me to get a life and ended the phone on me again and blocked my number. Shocking customer service

   Absolutely disgusting will never use again. Couldn’t understand me when I was older my food everything came different than what I ordered and at least an hour and a half. Wite will never use Again

   Outside the shop is dirty. The Mat is old and grimy. I ordered their version of special fried rice and by the time I got home and tucked in the rice dish, it smelt sour. I took two bites and had to chuck it away. My overall experience was disappointing having spent £14.50 for that dish and some ribs. The ribs was ok however lacked all the frills that comes with salt n pepper ribs. Won’t be going back ever! The guy also needs training on customer service. Where in 2024 and it’s not on!!

   Always used to order from here, the guy that answers the phone is so rude!! I can’t believe no one else has commented on how rude he is! Put me right off I told him to cancel the order they don’t deserve the custom with people answering the phone like that. Disgusting they need someone else.

   There are some terrible reviews for this place but thought I would try for myself and wow! I’m so glad I did! Great food (special curry extra hot), super fast service, I’ll definitely be back. Best chinese takeaway between Brownhills, Aldridge, Pelsall and rushall x

   There are some awful reviews on here, however we have been using jade garden for many years. They have always been friendly, and the food is always red hot, and yummy! Also thank you for the free vegetable spring rolls! We really appreciate it. :)
