   We came here on Wednesday with our toddler. I had to leave a review because our waitress was so lovely. I didn't catch her name but she gave so much attention to our little girl, who kept shouting "lady!" across the room at her. Every time she walked past she spoke to her, my little girl even gave her a hug when we left as she was made to feel so welcome. The food was lovely, fresh and hot - bit expensive for what it is but that's just chain restaurants in general these days. There was a nice atmosphere with people chatting and laughing, much busier than expected mid week. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, it's a shame we don't love closer!

   We came here for a family meal. From the moment we walked in we couldn't fault the service. Our server for the evening was raffaele he was lovely. Very attentive and even when he was busy with other tables he would happily stop if we needed anything. And a special mention to Emma the manager for a pleasant evening.

   Pizza Express Harborne never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, modern, and genuinely welcoming. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always happy to go the extra mile — whether that’s helping with menu recommendations or ensuring everything is perfect at the table. The food is consistently excellent. The pizzas come out fresh, hot, and beautifully cooked with that signature thin, crispy base. The ingredients taste high-quality and full of flavour — the kind of pizza you actually look forward to eating again. The dough balls (of course!) were soft, warm, and paired perfectly with the buttery garlic dip. Even the salads and sides were fresh, vibrant, and well-prepared. Service was quick but never rushed, and the team were brilliant with families and larger groups. The restaurant was spotless, and the overall vibe made it a lovely place to relax. Whether you're popping in for a casual lunch or planning a cosy evening out, Pizza Express Harborne is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning!

   Took my son here to take advantage of the kids eat for free. I ordered a Caesar salad and he had the kids set menu. Most of my salad leaves were brown and the few pieces of chicken I had was hard. I had more anchovies than chicken. When I told the staff I didn't get an apology just an acknowledgment like it was expected. In order for the kids to eat for free an adult has to have a meal but because I sent my meal back they tried to charge me for his meal. I told them that I was only paying for drinks we had. The manager walked past me multiple times but never said a word to me. Disappointing experience. 18/8/2025: After getting a response from Pizza Express, asking me to make contact. I emailed them only to be ignored (Twice). It seems that the Manager, follows the company line in not communicating with it's customers.

   Food was tasty and the service was pleasant. The one thing that lets this place down is the atmosphere. It was rather cold inside and very noisy. Apart from this can't really fault it so a solid 4 stars. Just be mindful that it may not be ideal for a relaxed quiet lunch!

   Brilliant service from the waiters, always quick, friendly and responsive to questions. Good choice of fresh pizzas. On one occasion they accidentally put a topping on my pizza which I didn’t request nor normally would eat, however, as soon as I made them aware the friendly female manager (did not get her name) apologised, waived the fee for the pizza and offered me a complimentary drink. Mistakes happen but this shows service at the store is great, they care about customers. Would recommend for a group outing.

   My partner loves the dough balls here, so I thought to bring him here for his birthday. Made a reservation was straight forward, service was awesome and food was yummy! It was a nice experience overall.
