   This place is NOT open on a Wednesday!!! We received a leaflet through the post, ordered on their website like the leaflet said and after an hour the food never came so I drove there and they weren’t even open! Absolutely no where does it say that they’re not open on a Wednesday and their website still accepts orders even when they’re closed. I have advised them to amend their website and advertising

   Honestly one of the best food shops you can ever go too!!!! Customer service is beautiful! They even offered food taster before ordering!! Really do recommend this place! Huge well done :)

   Ordered a big bottle of diet coke which didn't arrive. The "large shawarma" was a few small scraps of chicken in a big, undercooked naan. The thin crust pizza was also thick and doughy. Spent 30 minutes trying to call Grub Hut to ask them to deliver the drink that I paid for. Refused to pick up the phone to me. I'm not the only one who has been short-changed by this takeaway. Avoid.

   Absolutely dreadful 30 quid and the order was wrong and cold. Instead of chicken nuggets for the kids we got Cheese and Jalapeno bites. The meat was inedible and burnt and the naan breads were tiny ones you get from Tesco. Also, the dips you get mango and mint. Literally in containers that are a 50p piece in diameter. Worst takeaway I've ever bought. Went back out but the delivery guy had gone. Raised a ticket with justeat and put it all in the bin. Funny that most of their reviews out of all 8 of them including this have the same surname. Don't bother with this place.

   Just finished some amazing food from the Grub Hut! Absolutely worth a visit, lovely customer service too! Definitely be visiting again. Ordered a curry which was perfect and a mixed dinner which was lovely. Nice to see a lovely place open.

   Ever since moving to Birmingham from Manchester I have struggled to get a decent pizza. I have no idea why, but for some reason as soon as I crossed the border from Stafford the cheese became diabolical. Every pizza I had smelt of baby spit and tasted like feet. My favourite comfort food had been ruined. Reader, I was distraught. I resigned myself to a lifetime of Dominos and abandoned my quest. Until now! I was re-inspired to search anew, and took a risk here. What was the worst that could happen, I asked myself. After all, my expectations were already low. I could only be disappointed further if Milano's sent me a box filled with pigeon droppings instead of food. Plus I had a voucher. Let me tell you, when that first slice passed my lips, I was shook. I had found the holy grail. The dough was perfectly balanced between soft, greasy carbohydrates and stupendously baked crunchiness. The cheese was gloriously melted and garlicky. The toppings were even and delicious. I was so surprised I dropped the box. I spent the evening devouring floor pizza and chasing the cat away. Believe me, I did not care. I saw my future in that pizza, and it is a future where I want to eat nothing more than this pizza for the rest of my life. My quest has ended, and I am quite happy to die a happy, happy person weighing 200 kilos of cheese and dough. You might have to roll me into my grave, but so far as I'm concerned, it's all worth it. For the love of all deities, past and present, try this pizza. It will not disappoint.

   I wanted to say that the food was great but unfortunately I have had 2 bad experiences. First time I had to cook the chicken as it was raw. And tonight the chicken was old and off. So none of us have ate it. The chicken was mushy. Chips ok and pizza ok. Always try to give benefit of the doubt but I can't anymore on this one.
