   Very disappointing experience. I ordered cod and chips, but the fish had a strong bad smell, clearly not fresh. The fries were overcooked and hard, and the oil used smelled awful—like it hadn’t been changed in days. Totally inedible. Would not recommend.

   Waited an hour for food 2pc chicken and chips, 6 slice pizza, cone of chips and a roe. Food arrived cold and no roe. Called to advise of the issues with the food. Was told that the food has just been made so cannot be cold and next time order collection before having the phone put down on me. The guy is rude and it isn't the first time I have had to complain. I called back and spoke to manager who apologised. This guy is rude and has no flippin manners. I'm not impressed. I'm a regular and will be the last time I order. £16 order and the food was barely edible after being warmed up. Ridiculous. I'm sorry but if you don't like complaints make sure the food and service is on point simple as!

   Can only give 1 star atm as I've not tried the food yet but was going to try but I couldn't get in due to loads of kids sitting outside, not very welcoming at all and I'm pretty sure this loses custom. I'll change my review when food is tasted and they clean up the front

   Ordered fish and chips, the fish tasted like cardboard and the chips looked like leftovers from the week used for Sunday orders as they offered only battered chips. Called them to complain but have been told that the chips are fresh and that's how they are. They offered two bags of chips but with a next order, no thanks one to avoid
