   We’ve used this Chinese for the last two years and up to press never had a problem but the last two times we have used them it’s been absolutely horrendous. Two hours + wait for food even when ordering from opening time, with items missing for them to make us have to collect the missing food as further deliver will be over another hour and return incorrect food to guarantee as a refund - included all food we didn’t eat!!! Tonight they did not send us the correct order, after chasing twice for delivery update, and then received wrong order they promised to re-order and redeliver to which they have not done at all, after calls again. We simply asked for a full refund and they. will not give us a refund for the missing order and I’ve said that they will just knock it off our bill even though we have told them that we will no longer go back to them after such a appalling service from regular customers. I cannot believe how much it’s gone downhill Avoid this place like the plague they are unhelpful, arrogant, obnoxious, rude and do not care about anything else other than taking your money and not fulfilling orders.

   Top-Notch Takeaway—Flawless from Start to Finish After reading some scathing reviews, I half-expected a disaster. On the contrary, my collection from The Great Wall of China was a masterclass in how to do takeaway right. The staff were polite and efficient, and my order was ready right on time—no waiting around, no fuss. The special fried rice was packed with flavour and perfectly balanced, the large pancake rolls were crispy with just the right amount of bite, and the crispy shredded beef? Utterly addictive—sweet, tangy, and just the right crunch. Everything was hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. I genuinely don’t get the complaints floating around. On the contrary, this was one of the best collection experiences I’ve had in ages. Already looking forward to the next round.

   I’m really shocked at the reviews, we’ve been getting our Chinese from here for over 4 years now. We’ve tried other places nearby and it’s never compared. The service is always good and our food is ready within 10/20 mins for collection. It’s always fresh and tasty. And really well priced. Never had a bad experience. They take card or online orders which also makes it a lot easier.

   Very poor. Stir fry veg was a mushy glutinous goo, cardboard chips and runny curry sauce, empty spring rolls. Very expensive. Avoid.

   If you order a delivery, don't expect to receive your full order, last twice it has come short, the first time I let it go, the 2nd I was told they were too busy to deliver the rest of the order (which I had paid for leaving me out of pocket), will not be using these again, Shocking customer service. Order at your peril

   Usually love the food from this chinese but the last two times we have ordered they have accepted the order and then phoned to say they cant fulfil the order. It then takes 8 days to get the money back. Absolutely shocking. Wont be ordering again.
