Donner practically raw smelt like raw meat when I opened the container, super dry tasteless pizza and missing source, delivery tuck nearly an hour for a small order. only part acceptable was the fries and they there just ok.... Avoid!
Don't order, Chips were soggy, forgot all 3 sauces despite them being very obvious, stingy with the peri peri on the chips, disgusting burger and the onion rings don't even taste of onion they look and taste disgusting. Not a 5 food quality by the way, they must have won that award in a raffle.
Do not order from here! Delivery for pizza takes way longer than expected and the staff are rude. It took an hour and a half for us to receive our pizzas. We were shouted at on the phone and hung up on numerous times when we tried asking for a delivery update. Even an UberEat driver said their drivers don’t go there because it is such bad service. After waiting over an hour and a half, stuff was missing from our order when we finally received it. Horrendous service.
Absolutely disgusting food. Peri peri is awful . Customer service is poor no wonder the place is dead . If you want food poisoning visit this place
Ordered via user eats. Restaurant cancelled the order 10 mins later. Called them and they said they were too busy and I'm too far away. User eats wouldn't refund because Restaurant told them I cancelled the order. Having to try and claim the money back another way.
the food was mediocre and the chicken was next to raw. I didn’t finish the chicken so I gave some to my dog. Just a few hours later both me and my dog were sick multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend not worth the risk. If you do order chicken make sure it’s cooked as it seems this place has had issues with this before
Ordered at 9pm, told it would come at 9.50pm, at 10 past 10 I called to see where it was and told "we are busy will be there in 10 minutes" at 22.30 I called again and told "how can you expect to order food one second and have it delivered the next second" I didnt - it's been an hour and 40 minutes. Food arrived - clearly has been microwaved, No apologies, No offer of money off etc. Will never order from here again. Food was ok, however soggy burger buns from being microwaved. Disgusted.
Ordered through Deliveroo. We ordered chicken strips but when it arrived there was just 1 piece of chicken. Rang up to complain but and get either our money back or the correct order send but heard nothing back. To make matters worse I found hair in my pizza. Don't bother ordering from here.
Customer service is absolutely disgusting!!!! Ordered my meal and waited over an hour, called them and they said that it should be with us within 20 minutes. Called back 30 minutes later asking where the food was for them to say it was going to be with us in 10. When the food finally arrived it was cold and disgusting! They didn't apologize and didn't offer any discount! Would give 0 star if possible! The guy on the phone was extremely rude as well! Don't order from here people, don't waste your time and money!!!!
