Has Pizza box changed hands? I was a massive fan, could always rely on quality service and quality food. I made an order online tonight, 20 minutes before close admittedly, but I expected good standards regardless. The food arrived in good time but tasted pretty rank. The fries were clearly old, soft, dry and gross. Pizza was soggy, cheese tastes like the the product has changed for lower quality. The usual complimentary sauces were missing. I won't hurry back after that experience sadly.
