   It's my 4th time eating from here and they never disappoint. Very tasty and fresh and is delivered hot. Tonight, I ordered the wrong meal and they called to inform me and corrected my mistake. From a very picky eater, they get my 5stars not only for quality food, but also for amazing customer service.

   An excellent meal. Let me start by saying I'm not a donner person, but something told me that this place was going to be different and boy was I not disappointed! It was the best I've ever had! Portion sizes were on the large side. We had the mega kebab and it was HUGE. The two of us couldn't finish it. It was turkish, seekh and chicken kebabs with naan and salad. With the chilli and mint sauces it was delicious. The wings were full wings, not just the mid-section like you get in some places, and the meat just fell off those perfectly grilled wings... The little one had popcorn chicken and it was perfectly cooked and presented. The places was very clean and the staff were very attentive to your needs and wishes. Thank you Grill O.

   Second Time Trying This Place in Good Few Months & Still Disappointed. Chicken Wings Had Some Sort of Smell To It Probably They're About To Go Off. Kebab was Microwaved for Some Time Which Resulted in Cheese & Meat to Look & Taste Like a Cardboard. SFC Chicken Felt Like It Probably Needed Few More Minutes in The Fryer. All in All Very Disappointed. Won't Be Ordering Again.

   When The Grillo Originally opened the food was amazing, as was the service. The food would arrive in nicely packaged boxes, fresh and piping hot and would taste great. Now, the chicken is often over spiced, or soggy or overcooked. The Cheese/beef burgers used to be some of the best around, really tasty and not tasting like a takeaway burger. Now they are horrible, taste like some cheap burger from the back of a burger van and are so pale. Recently ordered Peri Peri fries that costs a little extra and they always come with next to no seasoning on them. Also ordered a burger that went straight in the bin after taking 2 bites. The food has become so poor here that I don't think I'll be ordering again.

   Mixed kebab. Donner meat nice but the chicken was disgusting, not one piece of meat just skin and gristle. When mentioned it the cashier simply said I don't know I don't eat it...I'm not surprised. He went onto say that most people like the jelly taste?
