   Poor service; we were a big group, however even allowing for that it wasn't good - some dishes completely missed off and when chased it was because they'd run out of halloumi, but no one was going to bother telling us. Some of the food was really nice (panko chicken & halloumi), but the nachos and the loaded fries were dire. Bar ok if you're happy with cocktails but no wine or cider which seems odd.

   Where to begin! I’m in shock! The worst place I’ve ever been to in my life! The place was so incredibly cold I couldn’t remove my thick thermal coat. The place could have been cleaner. There were next to no customers and quite a lot of staff. It seemed like they were setting up the entire night. When we arrived it took 30 minutes to get a menu and then 60 minutes to get our food after that. This included two complaints. When the food finally came the halloumi chilli wrap had no wrap and no chilli. It was literally a bowl of halloumi. After a further complaint we got a wrap but never got the chilli. The cheese burger had no cheese. When I complained they added cheese but by then the burger was so cold the cheese would not melt. The cocktails were tasteless and again took about 30 minutes plus to come. They gave us free drinks which was nice. However, again they took about 30 minutes to come. Really not worth it. Worst night out I’ve ever had. Not coming back! I was looking for a new local to.

   If you can't cope with a large party booking don't accept the booking, first time visiting here and got to say it was the worst service I've experienced in a while drinks took forever to come some up to 20 minutes was then told not to come up to the bar that they'd do table service where we waited and nobody came to take our order, wouldn't let us order food as it was "busier than they expected" even though we booked well in advance and told them we were all ordering food. Probably would have been more sympathetic if they came over and explained the situation to us rather than us having to keep asking and also if there we're less staff and they were actually running around busy, but seemed like most of them were just chilling behind the bar which confuses me on why drinks took so long. Seemed like they were prioritising a table that were friends with the workers, Management wasn't very helpful even with other tables complaining and in the end after nearly 2 hours and most of us only having one drink we got up and left none of the staff seemed bothered and we ended up walking down the road to the Hop House which was a much better experience and managed to salvage the night, much happier to spend our money there. In conclusion wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

   Went here for my daughters birthday had a great time was impressed with service, quality, choice and value. Loved garden with all the plants and stencilling especially the flower wall. DJ played good music. Loved all the little extra touches like cut glass glasses for some of the cocktails and used the correct glasses for the cocktails. Will definitely go again. sticker.

   Food was amazing. The presentation and taste completely and utterly blew us away. Everything was seasoned perfectly and there was definitely a stamp of approval for the Nachos from my partner. The young chef came out to apologise that the food took longer than usual as they had unexpected issues with staff but we hadn't even noticed as we were too busy enjoying the cocktails they had to offer. Hands down the best cocktails we have had in a very long time.
