   I was asked to leave a review on my order this afternoon. This is my local kfc I am about 10 minutes away and have not ordered for over a year due to it being a let down most times however I was pleasantly surprised that the food quality was better today that my past experience albeit it’s been so long. The food was warm and you could tell the chicken was freshly made and not just chicken left out all day under heaters. I understand this is fast food but you still want a level of quality and I am glad my £20 worth of food was exactly that today. I think the food was ready in 10 minutes it was just the delivery driver who took longer so cannot complain at the food times. Very well presented and packaged which again has not always been the case in the past.

   No long wait times. Food was still warm when home. Friendly workers. Great service and food! I love going to KFC every Saturday after work. The girl there is lovely and she’s my favourite staff!

   Big shoutout to Masfa at KFC — honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. She was so polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything in my order was perfect. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which makes such a difference. The food came out fresh and hot, but what really stood out was her attitude — professional yet warm, and she had a smile the whole time. People like her are the reason you actually want to come back. KFC, you’ve got a real gem on your team with Masfa.

   I just asked for 20 chicken wings to be made fresh on the go ( i specified that i can wait ) and the manager said NO as he had made already some and won't make me any fresh one's. I told him that i don't want soggy wings i want fresh and crispy one's he refused to make them . No wonder why no customers in ! First and last time here !

   The staff are friendly enough, but the chicken was flavourless, there was no smell to it either, it wasn't as dry as it looked and that's why I've given it 2 stars

   Just been to kfc crossgates for some family meals and what a bad service these guys have. Specifically some of the guys looks like they are not happy with their jobs and don’t smile. Some hardly can speak proper English and be so rude. What happens when some aged peoples come to the store and you be rude to them it puts them off. Please sort yourselves out as customer service is more than just the job it’s about greeting customers not making their visit awful. Terrible visit also order and collection signs on front are not in order.
