I don’t understand the negative reviews, my chicken and donner kebab was perfect and the chaps at the shop were lovely, will definitely order again
Not sure whether or not there are new owners, but what I was served up via the online service was shocking. First, the order came 45 minutes early. I ordered three pieces of chicken and got three strips instead. I wanted gravy and got mayo The very decent chips that I have had previously from there were replaced with what appears to be some kind of microwaved rubbish. I've been there in the past and had some good food, but their new menu wants assessing by the Trade's Description Act.
Had kebabs from here many times and been happy with the food and service. I ordered a mix kebab on Sat night and the lamb shish in it looked like this, I couldn’t even chew it and the kebab meat looked like it had been shaved off hours before, it was all dried up and tasted horrible. Really disappointed with the way standards have dropped.
Placed an order for a pizza meal deal. Was sent wrong order. When I rang they said they would correct the mistake. 50 mins later I rang back an they refused to send what I didn't receive saying they don't do the meal deals i ordered that I didn't get it from then even tho they delivered me an hour early the wrong order. The error inshore to.was rude an unhelpful. Never again
Disaster! started on Deliveroo, an hour later found out they don’t deliver with this service anymore. What was promised as a smashed burger was cheap sh*te. Nope.
Waited 2 hours for food to be told they had delivered it. Obviously gone to the wrong house, would not send replacement so I had to go to the shop for a refund. Never again.
Gets a little busy some evenings, nice food, but the service let's it down a little. A good range on menu and it's about right for the money.
The cheese on the pizza and garlic bread is some kind of processed watery curdled slop with a sickly smell. The topping almost non existent on a mattress of bread. Jalapenos just taste of vinegar and veg chopped into tiny fine cubes and sparsely spread in effort to save a few pence on ingredients. Go elsewhere, this is not value for money. All the food went in the bin. Avoid
Was a complete disaster!! Driver got lost and struggled to find address even after a lengthy phone call giving directions. Food once finally recieved was lukewarm at best... poorly cooked calzones and even found hair in chips n cheese. Dont mean to be so harsh on the review but even my dog turned its nose up. Hopefully I can prevent someone from making the same mistake I did and definitely wont be ordering from here again.
