   Been using this takeaway for years no problem. This evening’s meal disgusting Chicken strips and chips obviously re warmed they were rock hard and the rice was dry. Lovely lady on phone had a word with owners who asked how much of it we had eaten We said half, but hadn’t enjoyed any of that So they are only refunding half!!! Time to find a new Chinese takeaway

   Chicken balls, and chips, obviously re-cooked. Hard and horrible. Nice lady on phone when I complained, but bosses refused to refund my money. Pity I cannot put a photograph on of the awful food!

   I’ve always used Yang city and the food has always been of top quality and as it is. But I am getting fed up of their cost cutting measures, often a small group of us go to the pub on a Friday and will order together to save 3 phone calls. But tonight even though our total order was over £50, we were only entitled to 1 bag of prawn crackers as apparently each order was not over £14 each even though 14 X 3 is 42… and it isn’t like either order was under a £5?! All were over £10, I’m just fed up of the horrendous customer service!!! We spend a considerable about of money with you months on end!!!

   If I could upload pic I would. And I've phond to complain the lot as gone in bin .excuse s bear in mind I askd what was in spring rolls before I order .that came wrong chicken balls you can squeeze the grease out them the sweet an sour sauce set like jelly and no offer of refund.......

   Had Chicken Curry n rice, now I'm quite particular about my chicken curries, i have been known to make a 20 odd mile round trip for a good curry, and ithis one was beautiful, hot (live 2 miles away and collected it mesen), plenty (struggled to finish it) quite warm in the mush but not overbearing just really really nice. New fave.

   So disappointed! Ordered yesterday egg friend rice, soft noodles, chicken Szechuan and chicken Satay. Both dishes were disgusting and tasteless. They tasted like water not saucy at all. Ordered from them before and it was nice but I will avoid this place now.

   Have ordered from this take away for years. Always being accommodating and great food. So when we had friends visiting it seemed only natural to order from here. How wrong I was. We were told it would take 50 to 60 mins. Then after an hour we were told they had the order but the "computer" had deleted our delivery details. So promised us the order would be delivered in the next half an hour. This then turned into an hour when the food finally turned up. Some of it was overcooked, some undercooked. But all of it cold or rapidly becoming cold. Not good enough. Won't be going here again.
