   When we booked we confirmed with the manager that we could order off any menu including the festive menu. We arrived and we were told we couldn't order off the festive menu, even though it was the 20th December and on a saturday lunch time, also told we couldn't order 50% of items off the kids menu, only 3 out of 6 items were available because we were told "someone forgot to put in an order". When we tried to order food we were then told we couldn't order even more items off the main menu such as beef pie because the chef had, in the waiters words "thrown a paddy and thrown them in the bin". When we eventually ordered and our food arrived the kitchen staff had then forgotten to cook 2 meals from our group. We ordered 2 very bland lasagnes and because 50% of the children's menu was unavailable 2 kids ended up just ordering chips. We wont be coming here ever again as it seems this place has no organisation and the kitchen staff just aren't bothered.

   Good Sunday dinner - I had beef & the boss had lamb - brought to the table by friendly front-of-house people. It's not excessive (like a carvery can be) but it's nicely presented, as much (or as little) gravy as you need and was well worth the visit.

   Food was absolutely beautiful. Had garlic mushrooms and my partner had musssles safe to say they was devine also more like a main they are huge starters. We both had half a lobster and omg is was the best lobster we've ever tasted. Top customer service from leo attended to all our needs with patience and fast service.

   The food here is gorgeous ! My sister, friend and I booked a table here on 04th February 2023 for 6:00pm prior to visiting the Cast theatre for the Queenz show. We ordered the Tempura prawns for starter followed by two lots of the salmon, the butter chicken burger and garlic bread (plain and with cheese) as a side. Each dish was very tasty and we ate everything. The service was a bit on the slow side but I am assuming this is because it was a very busy time due to the theatre show. The staff did apologise for our wait and were very friendly. We would definitely be coming here again :-)

   A lovely place to visit. Has plenty of space and rooms to sit and enjoy the atmosphere this including a charming roof terrace. Seating is also available outside which is very popular on warm sunny days. Wheel and push chair access is available in a new cosy ground floor room. The food is good and plentiful with a choice of snacks, cakes and scones, yum! The lunch time menu I feel is a little limited. Staff are pleasant and welcoming but service staff could be a little more attentive. Overall a nice welcoming place to visit.

   Superb meal! We went to the Harewood with friends during the afternoon to celebrate and we had a great time. The waitress was very attentive, making sure we had regular drinks and even gave us a complimentary drink. The food is delicious, with generous portions. Clean plates all round. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

   Great food, gorgeous cocktails, fabulous service and nice surroundings. Can't believe we haven't found this place before! The Mushroom garlic and stilton starter was very generous and came with a big bowl of fresh crusty bread. The tempura prawns seemed like they were freshly battered, not frozen. My husband said the salmon was lovely and I had the lamp chops that were delicious thick, juicy and there was plenty of them. We'll definitely be back.
