   I paid £3.50 for an extra portion of cheesy chips and I didn’t receive them originally. I had to call them and ask them to re-deliver which I shouldn’t have to do. I also ordered a spicy burger which had no taste of spicy-ness at all, and also tasted really plain. It tasted like I was eating cardboard. Ended up leaving most of the burger. The chips were really bland, cold, and soggy. My boyfriend also got another burger which you could quite literally see was raw, and ended up making him feel sick the next morning. The guy who answers the phone was rude, he rushed off the phone to us and had no manners whatsoever. Overall, there’s no positive things I have to say about this place. I spent £19 just for all of the food to be wasted as it was all absolutely disgusting. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

   Last night we went to HFC and ordered two burger meals. My husband found a hair in the fries. He put the fries aside. A little while later, I was eating and a piece of hair came out of my fries. This has happened to my husband before. He simply made the burgers again. They don't even cover the hair. I will not have them next time.

   This place is absolutely abysmal, the decor and aesthetics of the place is so over the top it stands out but the food is beyond atrocious especially for the price. The bags and boxes are very low quality, burgers do not even have lettuce in them just dry chicken with barely any mayo. Overall, I highly recommend not to come here it is definitely not worth the money.

   I ordered from this place twice through Just Eat, and both times the food arrived cold. The first order was around lunchtime, and the chicken and wings tasted like they were from the day before. I decided to give them another chance and ordered again at dinner time, but it was just as bad. We had to throw most of the food away on both occasions, except for the chips which were the only thing fresh and hot. Very disappointing experience.

   HFC has to be my all time favourite for when I’m in need of a good tasty meal. I have tried a number of burgers, chicken & wraps from HFC which is based close to the Thornbury BD3 roundabout yards away from McDonalds. The service was quick and proficient with polite friendly staff and most importantly the food was extremely tasty & at a reasonable cost. Therefore I would highly recommend HFC to anyone that’s looking for a mouthwatering meal to pop down to HFC
