   Child’s 1st Birthday party. I booked my son’s 1st birthday party at the Yellow Lion for around 40 people. I was very impressed with everything. The buffet was amazing, plenty of food, very fresh and a good selection, everyone commented on how nice the food was. The service behind the bar was brill, good quality drinks, friendly staff. The room we hired was clean and we were allowed to put our own decor up. We also had access to the garden area so the kids could play outside in the play area. The manager was really easy to contact and nothing was too much trouble for her. And to top it off it was very good value for money. We would definitely recommend and use again!

   Amazing little Pub just past the fire station in Aston Sheffield. Lovely friendly staff, no hairs n graces. Was nice n quiet next to nobody in on Wednesday afternoon about 4pm. We had burgers & dogs share it. There were 3 of us, and the baking tray came out with a mountain of food. Everything on the platter was beautiful. Real sausage, not frankfurter sausage. Bread was so soft. All very well cooked and presented. Well done to the chef. Has outside play area for the kids. Has a separate area for pool table. Highly recommended. Pub could do with a little attention here and there but quaint.

   Couldn’t fault my dinner tonight. I had squid to start which was brilliantly cooked. Tender and tasty. I’ve never had chicken cooked so well out. It was superb. I’m gutted I’m only in the area one night because I would love to eat here again. And to add the staff were all absolutely lovely.

   Went for lunch with my son & grandson. We were given a lovely welcome from the owner. She told us she'd been there about 4 years and last year had a play are built. Also, a bouncy castle. My grandson enjoyed playing. Our meals were freshly cooked and we didn't wait long. The food was tasty and well presented. I would go again and recommend a visit.
