   To be honest, I have been ordering from here for quite some time now and it is always a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is amazing, the portion sizes are good, the food is made quickly and ready for collection, and the staff provide great customer service. However, lately it has been disappointing. The food often arrives cold, and the portion sizes have really gone downhill. For example, the cut-up chicken with chips barely has any chicken or chips, just a small amount. The customer service has also declined, with little communication or basic manners. The waiting times have become frustrating too. I am told over the phone that it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, which is fair enough, but when I arrive, I often end up waiting another 15 to 20 minutes. Sometimes the staff seem more focused on chatting or doing other tasks, and I am just left standing there. When I ask how long it will be, they suddenly grab the bag that has been sitting at the back for the last 10 minutes and hand it over, with no apology or acknowledgement for the wait. It is a shame because this used to be one of my favourite places to order from, but the inconsistency and poor service are really letting it down.

   The food was absolutely disgusting we called them and we ordered food they told me it will be ready in 9 min and they didn’t give me any code or any number when I got there I waited for 20 min I go up to the cashier they told me to wait for another 30 min I get hope and the fries was cold and all oily and the pizza it was so dry and cold and also I ordered the mixed kabab in there website it says it’s with rice but I got it without out rice and usually very pizza u worded has their own sauce with it but that one had nothing it was just so pathetic!!!

   Ordered 1/2 chicken & rice to take out, clearly asked for salad with my meal. Waited right next to the counter for 25 minute. A group of 4 came in, ordered all their meals and were served before me. Then I asked and the guy at the till said oh sorry and pulled my meal out - it was ready but he just forgot to mention that to me or inform me. Came home, opened up the meal and there’s no salad, no rice, just chicken by itself (see picture). I shouldn’t have to double check something wasn’t missed. Won’t be returning, terrible service, no apology for the delay either.

   The issues Sabirs had Earlier this year seem to have vanished now. The food is really good quality and consistently cooked to a very high standard. I have tried most of the takeaways in Rotherham and i have to say that Sabirs is the best in my opinion. Small niggle: close at 10.50 through the week.

   Absolutely shocking. Usually this place is great, went in to order a takeaway today, waited 15 minutes (there were 3 people in the restaurant) and left with cold food only after we had gone to ask where, said food was. Where was it? Literally sitting and waiting on a shelf, while the lass on the register had her milkshake. Worst service ever. Probably would have been faster and warmer had I ordered online for a delivery, but it's just not worth it anymore. Had we not asked where the food was, only the Lord knows how long we would have waited, and after a 9 hour shift, 25 minutes and leaving with cold food is not acceptable. (I should have checked the food inside, I know but please understand how tired and hungry and impatient I was, my mother actually had to ask about the food as I had lost my patience 10 minutes into sitting)

   Tried this place for the first time on 5 October. Nice clean place which has just been refurbished. There is a small PAYD car park at the rear. Ordered the Sabir special burger. The chicken was a bit cold, overall the burger was ok, although they should ask if you want mayonnaise and they didn’t. The peri peri fries was ok. It’s a little pricey for what you get as the portions are small. The review is 3.5 but have rounded it up to 4 as I’ll be going back again to try some more of the menu. The menu screen is hard to read and changes display just as you begin to focus on it.

   ask for Rohaan and you won't go wrong here, guided us through the menu swiftly and helped us to decide which burgers to order. Burgers and pizzas is where it at. Will be visiting here again next were in Rotherham.
