£65 in the bin food was awful cheep ingredients used we ordered pizzas ham was NOT ham it was that horrible turkey ham it was not say that on the menu either
Was great! I ordered off uber eats. The kids meals are great they love it. I got calzone and tried something new. And the chip portions are amazingly great! I am also gonna scoff this fudge choco cake down with a smile :))
Ordered food, hour n half later... food turned up, luke warm... missing a milkshake. Delivery guy said 'my collegue will be back with milkshake in around 10 minz'.... waited, waited, got to 4.45am in morning and still hadnt shown. Messaged and rang the shop.... no response,reply, or answer! Basically.... its theft! They take peoples hard earned money, and dont deliver what ppl pay for. Then rudely ignore! Not very professional! Thank god for a great local app/food platform for st helens, st helens eats app. Contacted them.... and being a decent respectful, professionally ran buisness.... they dealt with my complaint, they didnt even get a response from olivera! Shocking! However.... they are organising me my milkshake 4.99 refunded in the next 14 days, so fingers crossed, i will be refunded. A fiver to 1 may be nothing, but a fiver to some.... can be the very amount that depends on wether they eat or not! Ty to st helens eats, and olivera..... may your business be succesful in proportion to how you treat or 'not treat' your customers, in a nut shell.... may you reap what you sowe!
If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 hours I waited for the delivery, their driver rang me saying he was outside my house, I went outside and he explained the house over the phone but wasn't there, I walked up and down to the bottom of the road and there was no cars at all. Unless I was stuck in a time warp, the fella was sitting in the chippy eating my food looking at google maps describing my house. DO NOT ORDER
Food arrived cold. Chilli sauce was poured over the food far too and ruined it. Hot dogs not worth the money, and wrapped in foil which made the bread roll soggy. First time I've ordered from here, and it'll be the last!!

Absolutely appalling customer service, paid for food, sent one item out, told i would get a refund, and now blocked my calls. And not received money back.AVOID
Absolutely disgusting. My friends and I ordered from here and had nothing but a bad experience. Food arrived late and they forgot both milkshakes, and then they went back to get them and still only brought 1 of 2 which were ordered leaving my friend out of pocket. The pizzas were utterly disgusting and the chips and mozzarella dippers were also near inedible... When the food came it was stone cold and after eating it I feel really unwell and just generally sick. This is the worst take away I have ever had. I would not recommended ordering from here to anyone....
We have found our local takeaway, we have ordered 5x and all time great service, food early and fresh. We are going to continue with our Friday takeaway with Olivera. Great food. Well done guys!!!
